It is a very busy store but stocks are not keeping up with it’s business!
Many aisles looks like been raided or looted, it is a mess through out the entire store, it is so sad that management are not care or correcting it!
The pharmacy are always busy that keeping this store above water! But you better have patience to wait!
I do hope the low score let the management to pay attention to this store in a such nice location and serve many people and families!
By Steven Cheng (4 months ago)Drove out 8 miles to this location around 3am to only find a written closed sign. After taking a picture of the sign a guy that looked like he just won’t up takes the sign off and unlocks the door.Not a good look, especially for a corporate store as big as CVS.
By Jonny Nino (2 months ago)We stopped in to CVS Pharmacy on Berryessa to do a return and to shop around the store. We found plenty of parking in the CVS parking lot especially near the gas station area. There was only one cashier and the return process was very slow. It took a 2nd person to help with the return, but we were able to complete the return. Then we shopped around the store and picked up a few holiday items. We found some holiday popcorn tins which were under $10 each. They had a few different designs. This time instead of waiting for the cashier, we used the self check out line. Excellent shopping experience. Staff is super! I needed help finding an item & they were really nice on the phone and very, very helpful in person. The store is in immaculate condition, the items are neat on the shelves (except the reading eyeglass section – lol!!) and easy to find! I’ve had my prescription written the exact same way for over TEN YEARS, 28 day supply, take 1-2 tablets as needed, per day. NEVER had any issues at ANY OTHER pharmacy. Again, It’s a 28 day supply. These people are refusing to fill it unless the doctor calls them; she just took it upon herself to assume I don’t take my meds every day. “As needed” does NOT mean someone doesn’t take their meds daily. This is the most ignorant thing I’ve ever had a pharmacy say to me. “You don’t take it every day”. EXCUSE ME?? How the heck would you deduce that and just assume?? Any pharmacist would know this about anyone taking this medication. People that take it take it EVERY DAY. She was rude, as well; the lady with the Indian accent. Also, I spoke to someone on the phone when I called earlier to check on everything because they never contacted me, and they NEVER mentioned ANY OF THIS. She doesn’t want to fill it, that’s the issue. Every other pharmacy I’ve ever been to has NEVER given me issues with this medication over the last 10+ years. This is AFTER they didn’t call me yesterday to tell me they didn’t have it and they also didn’t order it because they said it said there was “prior authorization required” from my insurance, which NEVER covers this prescription. My script would be sitting and sitting until I called about it. Not ONE phone call to communicate, except this one to give me a hard time and to refuse filling a perfectly accurately written prescription that should be filled today. People should be ashamed of themselves. It’s very scary, the types of people that are allowed to work with medications and customers. Check-in on the app was easy. The technician who administered the shot provided excellent customer service and made me feel at ease. I barely felt the needle. The cashier who helped me with my purchase provided excellent customer service as well. Went here at night and did self check out. The machine kept giving me issues and the staff were very patient and gave great customer service. The store was definitely understaff so please be patient!
All the staff were very polite and lovely! especially what I think was the manager, she knew a lot of regular customers and is very knowledgeable about the store!

Came here for COVID testing and made appointment through CVS website. Process was very smooth and person working the drive-thru provided all instructions. Was in and out within 10 minutes. Results came back within 26 hours of testing. Very satisfied with their service.
Dude was not ready to help out in any way for my prints. He was like we don’t have paper: cant use another printer, cant use another paper. We use special paper and we cant do anything to print on any kind of paper. I could see other prints right there ready for pickup which meant some kind of printer is working but he was not interested in working things out with me so I left without trying to argue.
I called the store to confirm to see if they had something available. The customer service associate put me on hold 4 different times to look for the item; then I asked to confirm what he was looking for and he had no idea what it was or how to spell it!? Like what the heck. After that horrible service I asked to speak with the store manager. When I spoke with her she act like she gave a cats tail. I see where it’s coming from and that’s horrible. I’d actually like to know if corporate records there phone calls. They need better training at this location for sure!
The service at the store is just getting worse and worse. You can just tell from their face “ I don’t give a S$&T”…I wonder the manager is qualified or not to be a good team leader and store manager.
