  1. You read on the front door of this CVS “Covid 19 Schedule an appointment on cvs.com or walk in today “ … but big surprise when you enter and ask to get your vaccine , the answer is no walk in …. But why it is written on the front door and they do not apply it inside ….

  2. I work with a doctor’s office, I called CVS pharmacy to obtain information about one of our patients. After waiting over an hour. I decided to use my personal number to call. After waiting a few more mins. they finally answer the call. I spoke to a guy by the name of “Sheriff” this gentlemen had an attitude like he didn’t want to be there. try to explain the reason for my call 1/2 way to my explanation , he cut me off. and said all PA’s are fax to Dr. office. I ask what # did you use to fax the one for my client?. he gave the wrong # . I proceeded to give him the correct fax number. he then said ” ok I will fax it when I have time” . live one of your reviews said “if I can give them 0 stars I would ” terrible customer service.

  3. I went in for my Covid & Flu booster because I had gotten my last ones from CVS but at a different location which is by my house. I approached the pharmacy counter and Elliott spoke to me an unprofessional tone. I asked specific questions about a non brand 12 hour allergy medication. I did mention to him I had bought my last allergy medication from Walgreens. Elliott went on to say to me by pointing that I should go across the street and buy it from Walgreens. I was in shock because it wasn’t what I expected. I had to ask him do you have any medications behind the counter. He said yes & I proceeded to ask him if I can look at them. He said you will have to come over on the other side. I asked him again can I see them because I couldn’t see the ingredients. He said no I couldn’t see them. I at this point was upset because his pharmacy manager Mr Ha was there & heard our conversation. Not once did he interject or say let me show you the medications. Bad customer service. I checked in for my shots went to the counter and wanted to ask Mr Ha if he heard our conversation. He said yes & I respected you didn’t even say anything when he spoke to me in an unprofessional manner. Mr Ha went on to say no. I at this point felt uncomfortable to get my shots but I also didn’t want to wait. I will never do business at 4805 Medical Dr because they lack empathy.
I did ask for Elliot’s name at the end and needed it in a piece of paper because I was going to call corporate. Elliott all of a sudden his tone changed and was like yes ma’am, thank you & have a nice day. At this point it was too late because I felt no one cared to answer my questions. Walgreens allows me to touch the allergy medication boxes. They’ve never once have been rude to me as Elliot & Mr Ha treated me. I’ve spread the word to family & friends never to do business at this location. I don’t really shop at CVS but I’ll still continue but I’ll take my business elsewhere.

  4. Don’t go through their drive thru unless you like waiting 30-40 minutes. They put the covid testing people in the same line as the people just coming to pick up meds so you have to wait until they get done. I called them and the lady on the phone said “just come inside”.. I would’ve loved to but the drive through had 4 cars backed up behind me and I’m trapped behind the covid car. There’s a whole other lane but it’s only for drop offs so they literally force you to be in this scenario.

  5. The only reason they are even getting one star is because they are open 24/7. They never answer their phone. I was told my prescription would be ready by 6pm,I went there at 6:30 pm they then said it wouldn’t be ready for an hour and would text me when I could pick it up. I never received a text. I went again at 10pm and the lady was just rude and completely lacked any customer service.

Pharmacy needs to step up their game, big time, especially during cold and flu and allergy season. I waited over 20 minutes to ask if something was in stock … it wasn’t. I wasted an entire trip, looked through the store, checked out – before anyone picked up the phone.

I looked over at the pharmacy, there was for employees behind the counter, 1-2 customers. My question would have taken 45 seconds to answer.

Also, how is a pharmacy like CVS out of something so necessary like cold medication? Something that they should have a surplus, something that will definitely sell always. what an awful experience.

My biggest complaint is the pharmacy hours post on Google are incorrect!! I came at 8 pm to pick-up my prescription and the pharmacy had literally just closed! It said on Google the pharmacy hours are from 8 am to 9 pm Monday to Friday and 9 am to 6 pm Saturday and Sunday. This is NOT CORRECT!! The pharmacy hours are 9 am to 8 pm Mon-Fri and on Saturday and Sunday 10 am to 6 pm! The store hours are different as well. I posted a picture to reflect the sign on the door which are the correct times. I now can not pick up my urgent medication needed tonight, until tomorrow 😫 🤬🤬🤬

Called to get verification to see if a prescription was approved for a one time pick up, like my insurance said they did. Associate that answered the phone after 15min waiting was checking into it. Placed me on hold and never came back. Called back after waiting another 20mins when the associate never came back. I waited on hold for 55min and nobody ever picked up again. Completely disappointed. I’m out of my medication and because I couldn’t get confirmation I will have to go another day without it.

The store is fine. The pharmacy techs are nice and do their job well. The pharmacist is a huge jerk. I was just asking questions about a prescription that couldn’t be filled because they were out of stock, and he kept responding with this sarcastic passive aggressive attitude. His tech was genuinely wanting to help me and he was acting like she was ridiculous for wanting to help. I’ve been going to that pharmacy for years now but because of him I’ll be transferring my prescriptions to another company.

whatever manager is there (she did not have a name tag but I knew from her shirt she was management) was hilariously unhelpful, claimed to not find my birthday reward when it was sitting in my account. looked at me up and down rudely as I was rushing to grab my items and was as dry as a bone when it came to customer service. she looks familiarly like the homeless woman i used to see lingering in the back. no name, chunky build, hispanic & frizzy hair.

If I could give negative stars I would. This review is solely for the pharmacy side of this location. The staff is rude and lacks some serious customer service skills. I had a prescription delivered that was a liquid antibiotic that was supposed to be mixed before delivery and it wasn’t. When I went back to have it mixed they acted like I was insane for asking for it. Not only that but in the 10 mins it took to mix it they “lost” two bottles and tried to give it back to me without those. It was only after I raised my voice that they then jumped and offered take care of it immediately. Today I went to pick up a prescription that was filled the day prior and surprise surprise I get there and they have no record of my refill. They honestly just couldn’t care less about any of your issues and the employees look at you like you asking them to do their job is a serious inconvenience. I will not be returning here and have transferred all my prescriptions. Do better CVS.

My experience with the pharmacy this morning really wasn’t that great. I’m not an actual customer for this location but I had to contact them for a patient because mom was confused about her sons medication. Linda, although she gave me the answers to my questions, she lacks in customer service and empathy. I get you’re busy but when parents have a language barrier it’s makes it that much harder. So if she could treat me like that, I could only imagine how they’re treating people from other cultures or maybe just in general. She didn’t change her tone until I asked for her name. The phone encounter was maybe 3-4 minutes and that’s the impression she left me with. Do better.

This rating is solely for the pharmacy. I don’t say this often about anyone, but the people that work in this pharmacy are incredibly incompetent. My prescriptions never get refilled, I have to call every time. Once refilled, I don’t always get notified. I’ve had to call every time my provider sends in a prescription because they just don’t fill it? Or even call me to say why. Every time I call, it seems like everyone is always confused about what I’m asking for. I dread coming here and will be transferring my prescriptions ASAP. What a nightmare.

There is a woman she’s a cashier in the front I don’t know what is her name but she has a curly hair she always very rude with me even with the customers. Her customer service is horrible and not only with me with others as well. She doesnt know how to do her job but she really does need to get her attitude straight and stop being rude.

I’ve been to this store a handful of times every time I go I always feel very uncomfortable the staff always watches my every move for whatever reason. Yesterday I went into the store to get medicine for me and my spouse, I took my time looking at all the medication to see what exactly will cure our sickness, I grabbed mucinex sinus max, allergy pills, honey and sprite simple things for when you feel sick, I was waiting in line for shelf checkout and a cashier automatically told me he would take care of me so I walk up to set my things down I ask how he was doing today trying to make small conversation he was looking at the things I got and told me he needed my ID for the mucinex which I never had been asked before let alone I went about three months ago to the same store and had never been asked that so I return to my car to get my ID, my spouse goes in to see if they would ID her, she comes out with the mucinex and told me another cashier asked if she was with me she replied no they never asked for her ID so I went back inside to comfort the employee who asked me for mine, I asked him why didn’t anyone ID my spouse and why did he ID, he stayed quiet then replied it’s policy, and I’m like okay if it’s policy then why it’s everyone getting ID? Because y’all didn’t ID my spouse he had no explanation but did say they ID for Raise of suspicion and i asked him okay what was the suspicion? And he couldn’t answer me I kept asking him what’s the policy he refused to tell me, then said I looked young like that was the best excuse he could come up with. I felt very discriminated very profiled, I do understand if they have to ID but if it’s policy why not ID everyone else? This has never happen to me my whole 26 years of life and yesterday I felt very very uncomfortable and disrespected on a whole another level I will never be returning to this store and I don’t recommend anyone going there unless you want to be mistreated. AGAIN I didn’t mind showing my ID I just didn’t understand why I was targeted and I forgot to mention I saw that cashier stocking things so he had to been watching me shop the entire time, and my spouse also said the mucinex they have where they have to ID you for is LOCKED UP the pharmacist has to pull it out for you. UNBELIEVABLE.
