The pharmacist who gave me my flu shot was cold and confusing. When he called me back, I couldn’t figure out how to open the door, and he didn’t try to help me at all. When I eventually opened it, he didn’t say one word to me, gave me the shot, and told me to wait 15 minutes. My arm was bleeding, but he didn’t even offer to put a bandaid. I had to ask for one, and he huffed and puffed like it was the biggest deal in the world. Departments of this store become unavailable at random times as employees take breaks and lunches. This location is NOT open as Google Maps says it is, and their hours in general are TERRIBLE. For example it closes at 5:00 pm on Saturdays and is ONLY open from 10:00 am till 2:00 pm on Sundays. 4 out of 24 hours total for a CVS in the downtown of a major city?? Are you kidding me?! The absolute *worst* CVS I’ve ever seen. One of the best CVSs. Great staff, especially in the morning. This location has significantly improved since the current manager started. Store is neater and cleaner. Pharmacy gets busy and pharmacy team gets a bit overworked, but they are the only 24 hour pharmacy in the city.
This store and the customer service was excellent! I came in from out of town to be with my son who is a student at PITT who had emergency surgery. I had to pick up some items last minute and this store was conveniently open 24 hours and was close to us. The cashier was amazing, offered me the CarePass which saved me $20 on my order. In a very stressful situation, this interaction was refreshing, convenient and made me much more comfortable knowing I could get what I needed. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a friendly cashier. Great work!
I needed to pick up an antibiotic before work. Arrived at 9. I was told by a disgruntled pharmacy attendant that they just opened, and are short staffed and cant fill the prescription for awhile. First why wouldn’t a pharmacy open at 8 rathwr than 9 and if someone is waiting, not just fill the prescription?
I visited the mini clinic today. the provider Misty McMullen is so nice and professional! ❤️❤️❤️She did test for me and she shared useful information to me! In addition, she is flexible and thoughtful! I already did pre-registration and submitted my insurance information online, and I thought I didn’t need to bring my insurance card. However, she could not read the information in the system from the computer. She is being flexible and just checked photos of my insurance card in my phone. She is the provider that really wants to help you out and won’t waster your time!

Very nice CVS location, with large parking. It is open 24 hours. Besides pharmacy, there is photo printing, CVS MinuteClinic and drive through Covid/flu testing.
