  1. This location has the rudest lady in the pharmacy, that answers the phone a lot of the time! No personality at all! She works the counter a lot as well. In this day and time with what we are all going thru, a little kindness would go along way. Maybe she needs to rethink her line of work!

  2. It’s okay, pharmacy is always slow, and everyone there is always very, and I mean very confused. It’s like they’ve never worked there before. There is a man that works there, that shouldn’t. He’s given myself, and my in laws a bad attitude. We went to get a medication that was called in, he said that either the insurance wouldn’t fill it, or they don’t have it….. Then go check!! So he did, they didn’t have it and had no idea when they would get it in. I called the one in chipley and they didn’t carry it normally either, but they could order it for next day. So then, I tried to transfer it. They said they couldn’t. I called the Drs office and they had a very frustrated sigh and said that cvs is always a problem for them too. So we called back, to tell the Panama City one to order it, they said that the insurance wouldn’t cover it until a specific date, but they would go ahead and order it. They said it was going to be over $1,000.00 out of pocket. I called the insurance company and they said they had no idea what they were taking about. For one, the medicine was only 150.00 and they would cover it, the CO pay was 10.00. I had to have cvs call the insurance company for them to figure out what the heck they were doing. They even told me that they would have to send in a claim to be able to refill a prescription, because they were charging us for something that at another cvs, that we didn’t have any issues with, just drove up and grabbed it, was completely covered by the insurance company and it was no charge at CVS in chipley. I seriously hate dealing with this place. But don’t get me started on how awful Walgreens is. But cvs, is starting to really make me feel like I’m at Walgreens.

  3. This place is always so busy and backed up that the staff doesn’t have time to be friendly. Two reasons I still use CVS are because it is my prescription program provider and the drive-thru… I hate getting out of my car.

  4. My wife worked for cvs for over 20 years. She worked in many stores around the area and I had my prescriptions filled in many of them. We recently moved to Lynn Haven area and started using this store. NEVER have I used a worse pharmacy in my life and I’m 66 years old!

  5. The pharmacist working today 2/25/23 must think he’s god and has his servants working under him. Little girl with smart mouth u need some teaching and to your boss your a poor excuse of a man. I sure hope you don’t have any kids you sry pos.

The Pharmacist was helpful at the Drive-Thru.
Update…..the pharmacist that was there my second trip was a complete let down. He was very rude and not helpful at all. I felt I was being JUDGED for the medicine I was picking up. I also had to yell my name and date of birth out pretty loud for him to look me up in the computer.(I feel is very risky)His last name is Sieward.

This CVS location is very handy from the East Point of inlet Beach. What Winn-Dixie does not have nextdoor CVS may. If you don’t want to deal with the hustle and bustle of big shopping areas this convenient corner location is sure to please.

Floater Pharmacist Mohammed is extremely abrasive and accusatory- he falsely accused my doctor of misconduct, without cause and refused to recheck DEA records (which were up to date and current). He constantly refuses to follow any sort of protocol. I have spoken to numerous clients of this pharmacy and they have all expressed the same situation. He refuses to fill prescriptions based on prejudice and personal choice. He discriminates against certain medical conditions- which is a violation the ADA. He does not follow CVS protocol nor does he have any sense of customer service. He is opening this branch up to the possibility of a lawsuit. It is already a difficult situation when filling controlled substances and he is directly punishing anyone who has legitimate cause to fill them. I understand why certain safeguards are in place to prevent abuse, but why discriminate against legitimate patients?

My wife, a retired RN fell onto the rolling track of a treadmill. I went to our local CVS. A young woman talked me into signing up for CarePass with 20% discount on CVS branded healthcare items, us $10 back each month for a monthly price of$5. I just looked at the expiration date on the items in the VALUE PACK CVSHealth 30 Piece Wound Care Kit. The LOT NUMBER is 2384-20210913. It looks like all the things we bought were expired. Because the last 8 digits are September 13, 2021. We bought more supplies and guess what? The new product is also expired with similar dates in 2021.

CVS should be required to disclose this information, because the CVS employee ACTUALLY PICKED THESE PRODUCTS FOR ME, as she introduced herself as something like a healthcare specialist.

Your poor customer service has gotten me for the last time, hopefully not literally.

After not hearing from anyone or getting any texts (because we know that’s what they prefer) for 2 hours, I drive down there with 30 mins left to closing. After the clerk took my last name and DOB and couldn’t find anything ready for pick up, I informed her that I dropped my prescriptions in the ‘Drop-off Only’ chute, at which time she looks over and sees my prescriptions sitting in the tube chute (with a look of, ‘uh oh’) and pulls out my prescriptions. I’m then informed they’re “too busy” and it will be tomorrow before they can be filled. So because my prescriptions weren’t noticed for over 2 hours, now I have to wait. GREAT service.

Hopefully I don’t end up in the ER tonight with Sepsis from my infection.

    No more, CVS.
    Not a dime, ever.

I would give less stars if I could. Very incompetent pharmacy, my prescription was turned in Friday morning for a necessary medication. Fast forward to Wednesday still no word of the medication. Never ever will I use this pharmacy again! Buyer beware if you are trying to actually get your medication this may not be the place you want to use.

The woman that was at the register was extremely nice and I would return as she made me feel very welcome. She went the extra step to be pleasant, you have a very good emplyee and I hope she is appreciated. My receipt shows her name as ZATRIANA.

I shop at CVS alot it is conveniently a stop from work. I had brought in two drinks (empty coffee cup and a soda) to throw away before purchasing a new drink at CVS. Right when you walk in the door there is a trash can chute guess for wipes? I start to put my empty cup in the trash chute. The older lady at the register flips and says, “It wont fit in there”. I kindly asked ok is there a trash can I can put this in the lady says “NO”. I am not walking around a store with drinks when theres a trash can right at the door. So i smash the coffee cup and push it in the chute. The lady at the register lost it “Give me the other drink, it does not go in there!!!! You could have just not done that” Lady it is a trash can a TRASH CAN. Will not be back to this location rude rude customer service. I know you might hate your job but treat people with kindness especially over a drink and a trashcan.

    Bruised my foot.
    I was in pain.
    Slight open wound.
    Sought first aid solution.
Walked in on a noticeable limp.
Asked where was the Hydrogen Peroxide.
    Staff member said isle 9.
Isle 9 sign read “External Pain, First Aid”
I reckoned I was in the right place.
Nice to see that Hydrogen Peroxide is still packaged in the brown bottle.
Read the label and discovered it is also a Oral Debriding Agent.
That’s a plus, and it was priced fairly.
    Left satisfied.
