I shop here all the time for myself and to DoorDash likewise. Jonathan is a wonderful help to this store and to customers. Today, he helped me get a CVS card to start using for all the shopping I do. Makes sense so I said sure absolutely. Then the next time I came in, which was about one hour later, the lady working next to Jonathan, was confrontational and combative about me asking to use my CVS card. She requested accommodations from Jonathan after conveying my concerns regarding her refusing to help me. I have enjoyed shopping at this store until today.By Philip Wiley (3 months ago)Not sure why this cvs has such a lowe score, but since I moved to Tennessee this has been my pharmacy, the minute I got there they had issues with my prescription etc. I moved from a different state, they did everything they could to get it resolved. The pharmacy staff is always busy and I haven’t had one bad experience yet. Thank you to the pharmacists, y’all are greatBy Jennifer Jennifer (a month ago)Unsure of the lady’s name, but a close friend of mine came into this store and said the cashier refused to help him. He explained to me that he shops here nearly everyday for the past month and has had no issues until today. The lady asked a guy working named Jonathan to take over for her after refusing to help Phil. When Phil asked Jonathan why did she refuse to help, Jonathan said he did not know why she wouldn’t help. Seriously this store is obviously trying to improve but this isn’t the way to success. 👎By IW3LLC (3 months ago)They have what you need but be prepared to pay noticeably more for it, especially with this CVS being in the heart of Nashville. The cashier was pleasant and got me in and out in no time at the register.By Thomas Hayes (a month ago)WARNING! CVS is running a SCAM! CVS Loyalty Members are getting Text Messages claiming if you complete a Survey you’ll get a “cash” reward. Of course, you Don’t. They Do offer discounted items that they purport you Only Pay Shipping for. Then they come back and Charge you the Listed Price a few days later. If you’re Not already doing the Survey, Don’t Bother! You’ll just get robbed.By Paul Hawkins (6 months ago)

Believe me when I say some pharmacist can be extremely rude and disrespectful 😤. This place has always been one of my most favorite pharmacy but a new light skinned guy with curly hair attended to me and was very disrespectful. When you go there avoid the new faces among the pharmacists. They tend to be very rude. I’d rather not have them attend to me again. Very terrible experience.By Abibat Macaulay (5 months ago)I wish I could give no stars. Just spent 30 minutes trying to do a rapid test and got bounced all over the store. The service is terrible and slow for absolutely no reason. There were no lines, just a bunch of people taking their sweet time. Had 2 different people tell me 2 different things. Only to find out the same woman I asked originally was the same person that was supposed to help me. She literally just wasted my time. Go somewhere else if you need instant assistance.By La Donna Thompson (3 months ago)Stopped here for a bathroom break and to grab some snacks! The place is so dirty and gross. The women’s was completely out of toilet paper, there was trash all over the floor including used tampons. The snack selection wasn’t great either! Highly suggest finding another location to go too. On our way out the 2 men up front stated they were worried my boyfriend and I were shoplifting – when in reality I was stuck in the bathroom because of that! Absolutely ridiculous. Learn some professionalism when speaking to customers and take better care of your store.By Kami Hubbard (a month ago)I don’t think I’ve ever been to a slower pharmacy in my life. I have been going here for prescriptions for almost 4 years but lately it’s become unbearable. I waited in line (2nd car) at the drive through pickup for over 30 min the other day. I went in in person today waited 15 min, again 1 person in front of me. I have transferred everything over to Publix now because I just can’t with these people any longer.By Brianna Scanlon (a month ago)Great experience, great service thanks for the lady at the front counter!!

Zero would have been appropriate if it is available. Waited in line for 40 minutes at drive through to get 2 prescription med.
Every time I visit this store it’s either their systems are down, ATM machines aren’t working or the computer screens. I also went to have a physical done the physician that day was so rude. As soon as I walked In “your physical is $89.” Ok I have that! Then canceled my appointment because I didn’t have a physical form. Lastly she sat up and said she rescheduled my appt for the next day. Just for me to get there with no scheduled appointment.
I’d really prefer to give 0 stars for this CVS. It’s poorly staffed (that’s a given, it’s CVS). Most of staff are just pleasant enough. The newer pharmacist who I’m told is now the pharmacy manager is unpleasant, rude, disrespectful, slow, and really couldn’t care less about the patients. I have many stories to tell about his rudeness and incompetence but I will spare the details here as I have reported him to corporate repeatedly and they don’t care either. I’ve spoken to the district manager only once and it was an unsatisfactory conversation as he did not apologize nor did he ever follow up with me. As for background, I know what I’m talking about as I’m an RN and at one point managed 2 small pharmacies. And my specialty is Quality Management/Performance Improvement. My last experience here enraged me as a non- English speaker was being given the runaround and I ended up staying quite a while to help her. The pharmacist (Mr. Vu) made no attempt to communicate with her. There was a management trainee named Ana who was on duty who could have been asked to translate as she spoke Spanish but she seemed afraid to approach Mr. Vu. I finally found a GoodRx coupon for her as he refused to look for a coupon when I requested him to. I usually drive 30 minutes each way to another CVS where I’m treated well and always charged less as they look for coupons when the rx is filled. CVS has a database which beats GoodRx prices. It’s so bad here that I have switched to Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drugs where I can’t use my insurance but still pay less than at CVS so … I am able to get free delivery from the Antioch CVS but there is no point as prescriptions usually take at least 14 hours to be filled. The story is that this CVS is quite busy but they actually fill the same number of prescriptions as the CVS on Nolensville Pike which fills new rxs immediately and takes the time to provide good service.
Below zero if it’s an option. THE PHARMACY staff is rude and miserable. Sorry for CVS that their employees are not compassionate about sick patients who in need of customer service with their prescriptions. No wonder why the reviews is 1.9. Feeling sorry for our military families who live around this town because CVS is one of the only few pharmacies that accepts tricare.
Stopped by at 7:20 Sunday night. Posted hours say the store is open until 8:00 PM. There were people still shopping in the store but the doors were locked (illegal in addition to deplorable service) and the staff refused to let anyone in. Disgusted.
If they had rhe courtesy to explain why they closed early, it would be easier to stomach but looking at the three customers knocking on the door and blatantly ignoring us is reprehensible
