  1. The associates were nice and helpful but when I went to have a medication refilled it will be an hour…. Not a soul in the store. Thats pretty ridiculous considering my other CVS can fill it on the spot with plenty of customers waiting. Maybe everyone was right about how bad this place is. I’ve never had to wait this long with not one customer in the store. Oh well. I probably won’t come back after this.

  2. The pharmacy customer services are extremely poor at this branch. It does not follow the same protocol as the other CVS pharmacies that I have been to. My Rx was sent on 9/7/2022 and I went today 9/11/2022 and was told I have to wait 2 hours. I asked why I didn’t get a notification and Pharmacist Mr. CASEY simply said “we don’t do that, you have to call us before we fill it”. and I am just a temp. This is not true at the other branches. Also, just try calling, they never answer the phone. Poor manners and not professional. It is sad how customers now don’t have a voice and Management shows no care.

  3. Absolutely do not shop at the cvs. Georgia is one of the rudest people that I have ever dealt with. I have spent thousands of dollars in this store I come here every single night and buy makeup and a bottle of wine. Tonight when I came in I tried to buy a six pack of Bud Light and she would not sell it to me because she claimed my ID did not look like me.. I then went on to show her my social security card, my concealed carry permit, which you cannot have unless you are 21, my CVS card with my first and last name, and three of my debit cards and credit cards all with my first and last name. This is not the first run in that I’ve had with this woman I’ve had to deal with her before when she was being racist to a Hispanic woman that was trying to return something. I ended up using my ID to help the Hispanic woman return something because Georgia would not take the woman’s passport. She had no issue with my ID scanning then but now has an issue with it? The only reason I have continued to shop at the store after dealing with Georgia being racist is David. David is is always friendly and polite and is always there when I need help finding something. The CVS is across from my house so it is a shame that they have such rude people in a management positions.

  4. I stoped going t o CVS because I can’t use the coupons for some reason I have 2 accounts and a while ago I tried to use the mailed coupons and they would not appear under my account, and the cashier did not care and she would not attempted to fix.Today I had to go to pick up a prescription and the pharmacist again could not honor my email discount, so I told her that’s it I will never buy anything in CVS again. in my way out I decided to tell some on and that some one Michelle went out of her way and after 10 minutes she corrected my account and she was sincerely nice. Thanks Michelle

  5. I went into a CVS last night after driving a very long way. Most of the associates were very helpful. One lady, who butted in, didn’t want to sell me the pacifier I really needed because it was the last one and was missing one out of the 2 pack. She literally went out of her way to try to not sell it to me. She came off as a racist.

I would prefer to only give A quarter star. I went on a trip my wife Pick up my meds about a week before maybe a few days before that. we were shorted 60 pills which made me come back from my trip early and caused me to lose a good bit of money. She went in to find out what happened. The pharmacist on duty looked up and found that they were at fault they have pictures of this and they gave her the reminder which was fine but the lady pharmacist never apologized but it also I needed my meds to continue my trip so I think they stink very bad don’t use them we’re about to move everything

There is such a lack of communication between the pharmacy and the patient and literally no customer service. People are sick and reaching out for help (hence why they even have to bother with medicine) and the pharmacist is rude and short. Definitely no “southern hospitality” around this business.

I don’t know who is working here now but the customer service is horrible. Calling this pharmacy is pointless to say the least because they hang up on you after you’ve been waiting forever for someone to answer. I guess the issue is management because a great manager wouldn’t allow there employees to act in such a horrible way.

Horrible customer service from the Pharmacist. I called to ask a medical question and instead of be understanding and helpful, I was treated like I was wasting her time. Will not be going back to this CVS. Wish I could give zero stars.

No No Good.. 0 Rating for CVS On International Drive. The Manager of the Pharmacy isn’t compassionate or Caring… He needs to be Fired.. He treated me with No Respect yelling at me and told me your not getting your Medicine and to get out of the store after I told him to call my Nurse. My Nurse called 6 times to approve my Medicine..they received numerous calls from my Doctors Office for approval and they where telling me No One Called all week..She had to call several times because they don’t pick up there phone. It’s funny how they had one medicine approved and ready and didn’t get approval for the other Medicine.. He was a Liar and didn’t care about nothing … One person at checkout… Are they kidding with 12 People in line. Very Poor Service. I had to go to another Pharmacy and I didn’t have a problem… Look on Yelp… I will be going to Corporate next.

At 10:45 on 2/15/2023 I spoke to someone in the Pharmacy at CVS on International Drive, Myrtle Beach, SC, asking if my prescription that my Doctor called in at 8:30 am (same day 2/15/2023) was ready. The woman told me that it was scheduled to be ready for later that day at 3:00 pm. She went on to say if I needed it sooner I would have to personally come in to expedite it & wait. I asked if I could verbally expedite over the phone and she said “no” & hung up on me. This CVS Pharmacy is so rude & unprofessional!

I’m not one to ever leave bad reviews… But this is the worst pharmacy ever. If I could do zero stars I would. I’ve had the worst time with trying to switch my name after getting married. It has been two years and they still have not gotten it right and I never get text updates from this specific location. You wait in line for hours one day. Never get your medicine. Show up the next day, only one there and not a single soul behind the counter will help you. Then when you ask for help, Boni who is stocking the shelf, was rude and and has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I Will never go back to this location. And I’m tempted to stop using CVS all together

I called all day Friday and I went through 3 times and they hung up each time. The automated Service said my prescription Would be refilled Friday at 7 PM, and at 7pm it said it would be filled the following Wednesday. 🤷‍♂️ The Pharmacy At CVS is horrible and it’s not all their fought is just because there’s so many people here now. Thank goodness Publix has come into the area with their pharmacy. They answered the phone there and are very nice.

Dropped off prescription, went back to get it in the drive thru…took forever then Evan closes the window on me. I go inside. Ask to purchase the prescription, they tell me they’re closed. I tell them that’s rude and I was waiting in line for a good while. Donna Mills said she couldn’t fill the prescription and it was my responsibility to know the time, although I was waiting before they closed. I asked for the prescription so I could fill it somewhere else. Evan decided to shrug his shoulder when I mentioned him closing the window on me. He starts cursing at me so I cursed back. After exchanging words, Donna decides to tell me she’s no longer on the clock and she will come out. Threatening me. I told her to come out. I never once threatened anyone, just asked for my prescription so I could fill it elsewhere. customer service isn’t their priority. It’s pretty obvious. It’s rude to close the window on someone who has been waiting before the closing time. Her lack of compassion is ridiculous. This isn’t an addicting narcotic. It’s just a regular prescription.
