1. Failed to fill pain prescription after my surgery. Did not carry it and failed to contact my doctor for a substitution.
2. Shorted me at least 20 pills. Phone system was stuck and did not allow me to input to call my doctor, though I had two refills left. Staff argued with me and was rather rude about filling it before I ran out and would not listen when I repeatedly tried to tell them about their automated phone system breakage. She needs customer service training. I am switching to another pharmacy.By Sandy Hazenberg (3 weeks ago)If I could give zero stars, I would. The pharmacy staff are rude and unwilling to help solve issues with insurance. They will do everything in their power to avoid any extra work, and have even lost and deleted a prescription after they filled it.The front of the store is dirty and never has anyone working. You have to wait around for the employee to show back up. If cvs didn’t merge with Caremark, no one would come here.
By Brittany Kenimer (4 months ago)I was scheduled for the covid booster vaccine last Sunday 12/26/2021. When I showed up to get my booster vaccine, I was told by the CVS pharmacist that they would not give me the vaccine because it was too early for me. I had the Jansen vaccine 5 months ago and the CDC.gov website specifically says that I am allowed to have the booster vaccine 2 months after the Jansen vaccine. I came back to the same pharmacist and told him that the CDC allows me to have a booster vaccine with proof of the CDC regulation. The pharmacist told me the system would not process my request because it had to be 6 months from my original vaccine, regardless of CDC guidelines, and that I should come back a month later. CVS did not care about my health or helping me to protect myself from covid. I will not be returning to a CVS establishment again. That being said, I went down the street to Walgreens and received my booster vaccine on the same day with no issues.By Justinas Joksas (a year ago)I always feel so welcome when I walk into this store. The Cashier Dottie, is always full of smiles and is so engaging! I love when she is up front and we always have the greatest short conversations while she is processing my order. She even gave me a CVS awards card when I said I didn’t have one. Such a wonderful person. Thank you for your services!By Brittany (2 years ago)Covid breeding ground in a tiny box
So my daughter had an appt for a rapid test at the cvs on kingston pike and they were wonderful. Today my son had an appt at this cvs for a rapid test and 3 people were in the tiny booth but they refused to come out and give him the test. We told him he doesnt feel comfortable going in after so many have been in there sick and he said we don’t do it that way here. And was very rude abt it. It was not cold out either the sun was shining so im not sure what the problem was. This is unacceptable no one in their right mind would want to touch the same door 100 people have touched b4 you that were sick and being tested for covid. Let alone sit in the same chair in a tiny booth 1ft from everyone else. No wonder this cirus is spreading like wildfire with these procedures in placeBy Archers detecting Knoxville (a year ago)

It seems like everyone in the pharmacy is miserable and does not want to work there. They are incredibly rude and apathetic. They could not find my prescription so I drove home and called my doctor who then called them. The doctor called me back and said it was there, when I called again to verify before I loaded the kids up again they said it wasn’t there. Only after asking multiple times to speak to the person who spoke to the doctor did they realize there were multiple accounts for me. But CVS is the one who is creating all of these accounts, not me, not the doctor, CVS. This has happened many times before, and I’m sure it will happen again. I think from now on I’ll just drive a little further down the road, the extra convenience is not worth the incompetence.By E (5 months ago)Better mentally prepare yourself to legit wait the longest you’ve ever had to in your life. I’m sure you’d be more likely to get a phone call your relative had died than get your prescription filled. You’re more likely to witness somebody legit die in a car crash by the time they fill out one prescription. I’m typing this review the entire time they’re filling out my prescription and it’s legit taken more than 10 minutes just being at the window. You’d honestly get your meds quicker just hopping the counter and filling your prescription yourself.By Shane (3 months ago)This CVS is ridiculous and the laziest employees that I have ever seen. I only needed a strep test and was refused and told to go somewhere else or come back tomorrow. This at 4:30 in the evening on Saturday. No reason for this, since there were several employees available and only playing on their phones. There was absolutely no other clients in the whole building. No reason to turn sick people away if you can help them and they have good insurance to cover the service. I will never use this CVS again!By Sherry Hall (3 months ago)If I could give ZERO I would. The store is great but the pharmacy is horrible. Was discharged out of the hospital and had my Rx sent there at 6:30pm. Called them to confirm it and was told they close at 8pm and could not fill it. We could send it to another pharmacy and I said yes please do. I requested it to be sent to Cedar bluff. Rx was never sent to the other store. This happend 2 times to us in the last 2 was.
I understand the whole world has a labor shortage and everyone is working more hrs to fill in the gap but for the love of God if a Rx shows up at 630 and you close at 8.
People end up back in the hospital when they can’t. get their meds.
Props to the Pharmacists at Cedar bluff on night shift she is amazing and is truly focused on customer care and satisfaction.
Unlike the bearden pharmacy.
By Ahmad A (a month ago)Very knowledgeable staff. They were courteous and professional. CVS has been the pharmacy of my choice for the past 15 years with very good reason.By Srinivasan Mahadevan (6 months ago)

The same employee completely stops what she’s doing and proceeds to follow us all around the store including standing next to us as we pay and walks us to the door. It’s the rudest experience I’ve ever had at any store. We do nothing to bring on such harassment and belittling behavior. NEVER returning. Walgreens across the street was amazing and relaxing.
I was seen twice at the walk in clinic this week. Dr. Florek was beyond amazing and got me and son in and out. She took her time and we figured out a solution today. Highly recommend her!
Candace helped us wrangle our many coupons across multiple accounts. Very confusing (to me) but she was a pro! Patience of a saint and smile of an angel!
The best service at any CVS that I have ever had. My insurance wants me to use CVS and I have a lot of health problems. I am there at least 3 times a month. The pharmacists are awesome and so are the pharmacy technicians. I live 2 hours away and would much rather drive to this store than deal with the Greeneville stores. Toni and Kathlin are so sweet and professional.
We always get great service. The pharmacy drive-thru stays backed up and not because the workers are slow they are always fast pace. Every interaction with staff has been pleasant.
