This is, without a doubt, the WORST pharmacy that I have ever dealt with!!! Don’t bother calling the pharmacy because they NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE!!! I’ve run out of one of my meds and have been desperately trying to reach them since they opened. No one will pick up the call! And I have waited on the line for 30 minutes each time! The last call they just hung up on me because it was the start of their lunch time! I will be taking my business elsewhere, not that it matters to them! Terrible Terrible service! Then he laughed at me when I explained to the girl I was on Social Security. Way wrong answer to a proud retired Cheif Petty Officer. Literally not the first time this stores employees have lied to me. The other tech told me because I called the girl out on her lies that I wasn’t welcome at this pharmacy any longer. I have been using CVS for 15 years and I am done. After moving to the area, I continued using Rite Aid as I had back home for about 20 years. But the service was just not good and the pharmacy had a few very rude associates- one being their backup pharmacist- and after almost a year of mediocre service I decided to switch and found this location CVS. Switched all my meds here and have received the kind of service and actual CARE that I’d come to expect in a good pharmacy! The staff really is friendly across the board and their pharmacy is on their game, and communicate well through texts and reminders. Assistant behind pharmacy counter seemed incompetent. Fill in pharmacist was illtempered, condescending and downright rude. I have never been talked down to by someone in this field before. Knowing that she is a floating staff member will deter me from using others in this chain. Great customer service employees that care. This one employee she must be new her name was Grace was sweet kind and caring she took the time to help me pick out the perfect blush color as I have difficulties with certain colors. She was patience and kind and seemed like she was glad to be there! Definitely will be returning to this store!
If I could give zero stars I would. They told me that my daughters prescription was ready, I go to pick it up, they then tell me it’s not filled and out of stock. I told them I need it today and they need to find another CVS with it. Magically they could then fill the medicine. Then I call last week to fill it again and they told me they cannot fill it until the 25th due to insurance. I said that’s fine and I made sure it would be filled on 6/25. The lady on the phone assured me it would be. I go today to pick it up and they never filled it. I get texts that prescriptions are ready when they are not. They have rude employees. This place is terrible.
Everytime I come to this location there is ONE cashier. And the line is backed up to half the store. God forbid you use self checkout and have an issue you will be waiting 10 minutes! It’s ridiculous get some more help for Christ sakes it’s enough to drive a person nuts trying to come in and out for a purchase!!!
I went to the ER last night and they sent in a script for a medicine, I went to CVS at 2am and the pharmacist said he couldn’t fill the script because they were missing an ingredient that it would be filled this afternoon. Someone called me and left a message saying they can’t fill it at this location so I called them back and they said they can fill it but the night pharmacist has to do it. I am in a lot of pain and come to find out when I went in at 2am that lazy pharmacist could fill it and they did have the ingredients so now I have to wait until tonight. That pharmacist should be ashamed of himself knowing i am In a ton of pain
Always been my go to pharmacy with the only issue being wait times, especially the drive thru. I’ve waited almost 45 minutes in the drive thru on numerous occasions with there being just a few cars ahead. Also inside can be iffy with wait times too but not nearly as bad as drive thru.
