I have to preface by stating that CVS is my go facility when I am home or away. I value the brand. I stopped at this location, in another state for a follow up appointment today while traveling. The pharmacy tech at the window must have been in training. He made excuses for not following universal health precautions. With a nice, brand new building, someone would think the staff would be great. We waited an hour for one prescription and no line in front of us. It was not busy at all. The cashiers in the pharmacy treated like you were an annoyance and were extremely rude to us. Augusta all my life , and never had any reason for a complaint against CVS. All that has drastically changed over the past 5 months. My doctors office will send a persecution to them and the last 4 times they some how strangely lost it or don’t remember getting it. Even with my doctor calling them and showing them the fax and email. They will send you a text saying your meds are ready for pickup you get there and there not ready anymore . I was told even though they sent me the text regarding my medication that I should have called them. That went on to say if I didn’t like the service use someone else (not paraphrasing). I will not buy not on product from this store again. They look at you & continue doing whatever their doing. You have to ask if you could pick up your prescription. Hardly ever anyone just working the service pick-up counter. Been coming here for a while but here recently they are the slowest ever. Doctor called in two prescriptions I get there and only one is ready and they tell me I have to come back in a hour I get back and it’s still not ready. Please do better or I will find a new pharmacy to use.
Pharmacist Lolola at CVS on Peach Orchard Road in Augusta, Ga. is the worst ever. I am a Pastor and found that she is one of the most disrespectful people that I have ever met. She raised her voice at me so that the whole store could hear. Then totally made the associate wait on others before me. It was a store error that caused the problem, but nothing takes the place of common courtesy. That 1 person will cause people who have been with CVS over 30 years to leave.
They never answer the phone. I waited 47 minutes and gave up. They shoud picknup in 30 minutes or less. Even though the doctors prescribed medication, they put it on hold until you tell them to fill it. Causing more delays. The pharmaceutical staff are crabby and it is a reflection on CVS = Crabby
Very slow service . Pharmacy is the worst. I pray they get people that want to work.
Last night I went to CVS . Soon getting out of my truck on the end of the parking lot my pant leg got Stuck on a branch that caused me to stumble and a few branches poked into my leg . I was bleeding badly . I ask the associate for a paper towel . By this time blood was everywhere . She gave me paper towels and I told her what had happened . She also gave me some sanitizer . I had to interrupt a customer for more sanitizer and she was very nice about it . I just want to say thank you to the associate again . Please cut the Juniper plant back as far as y’all can or dig them up . Thank You .
