One of the reasons I love CVS is the ability to transfer prescriptions from one CVS to another because I move around a lot. I came to this pharmacy and asked to transfer a prescription and she looked at me as if I had 2 heads. She then proceeded to tell me that they don’t transfer prescriptions and that she can’t help me. I was confused but let it go. I then asked if they could help me find a medication I need OTC for a procedure. I stated I was having trouble finding the correct milligrams. She then goes to the pharmacist asks him if he knows where the medication is and he looks at me and said “oh they don’t make that anymore sorry.” I then said that was odd because I was given these instructions the week before and I don’t know why I would be told to get a medication that doesn’t exist. They both then proceeded to stare at me in a way that made me feel as if I was bothering them. The pharmacist then said “it’s not the standard dose anymore so you won’t find it.” He offered no additional help or solutions. I then looked up the dosage online and found it immediately. I am VERY unimpressed at this pharmacy. They were rude and unhelpful. I would STRONGLY recommend going to another pharmacy in the area and avoiding this one. Arrived to inquire about the $14.99 passport photos, only to stand there for about 10 minutes without any staff member present at the front register. When he did arrive, he approached another gentleman who had purchased an alcoholic beverage and had to go to the pharmacy to buy it after he also waited due to this lack of staff present and proceeded to tell him to “Just get out!” And proceeded to loudly mutter obscenities about said customer as he was leaving. Oh and those passport photos for $14.99? They don’t take them for you, they just make sure whoever took your photo “met the requirements” and they print out 2 copies for that price! I had also been looking at other items during my 10 minute wait but was so put off by this worker’s demeanor that I will never step foot in this place again. I can’t express my displeasure enough regarding today’s experience, that’s why I’m sitting in my car right now as I write this review. Pharmacy staff used to be nice. Now they are all just snippy and seem like they hate their jobs. I would switch to a different pharmacy, but I like the convenience of the drive-thru. It would be nice if when someone called the pharmacy department while they’re on break, an automated message (like for everything else when calling) would say so, call back at X pm. But instead after various minutes the automated machine connects me to the pharmacy dpmt, and I’m on hold for 11 min total just for a cōcksucker pick up and hang up. The pr|ck couldn’t atlest just tell me to call back later because they’re on lunch?
Your night employees are really very rude and unprofessional. When me and my family go in the treat us like we are criminal’s and follow us around. They rush out out

Thank you so much for sending me to Derry to pick up a prescription that wasn’t there. Thank you for lying to me that I didn’t have to call, because it would have saved me a trip. Thank you CVS for having no one on duty to complain to and not giving out your district managers name or phone number. Oh and thank you so much for your ridiculous phone system that is as irritating to get a human being as it can get. You don’t care about your customers anymore.

This is by far the worst CVS I’ve ever had to deal with. The head pharmacist Scott is a disgrace to pharmacists that are actually passionate about their job. The entire staff is extremely rude and nobody takes any additional effort in anything. Half this staff should be fired for the way they treat patients especially Angela . What a disgrace. Do yourself a favor and use the South Willow store instead. Correction on the starts, should be ZERO
