  1. Had to stop here for some allergy medicine. Staff very friendly and helpful. Noticed that this store was very clean for the exception of their bathrooms needed to be cleaned badly. The pharmacy section was very nice and staff assisted me with the allergy medicine that I needed.

  2. Workers make the business and Bob was extremely helpful. I was properly greeted when I entered, helped at the register, and then thanks for my business. A rock solid 5 of 5 stars for Bob’s exemplary customer service. Competition is fierce, as there are multiple pharmacy options withing a short driving distance. It was and is worth the stop to patronize this particular CVS, as I have received consistently good service at this location. Cheers to Bob for being an excellent ambassador for CVS. As a pharmacy, I prefer CVS over Walgreens and Walmart. It takes something specialized like a Scott & White pharmacy to compete with this particular CVS. For a quick stop it is leagues beyond any Dollar store for snacks, toiletries, and really over all cleanliness.

  3. Pharmacy closed for lunch right in front of me, after I had let a woman go in front of me out of courtesy, and they were still serving customers in the drive thru. I was the only person left in person, could’ve easily handled it and then closed behind me. Bad form, bad manners, bad business.

  4. I switched companies two years ago, and my new employer requires us to use CVS. In the past year alone, they have twice left a prescription out of my bag then told me they gave it to me when I went back and asked. (I have nine prescriptions, so it’s not obvious I am missing one when I pick up in the drive through.) Both times, I had to go three months without one of my prescriptions because they wouldn’t admit their error and insurance would not cover it a second time. In addition, my doctor accidentally sent one prescription in for two months, then when I realized that, the doctor sent a new prescription in for three months, but CVS would not allow me to “return” the two months supply and purchase three months, even though I wasn’t asking them to take any pills back. I had to skip days to stretch that one out an additional month. And don’t get me started on the auto refills that you can’t turn off no matter how many times you try.

  5. Looking for snacks and I was amazed at the Selection. Four rows of chips, dips, nuts, candy and chocolate!

Rude staff. Automated system said my prescription was ready the night before. I thought I had a text that told me it was ready. The rude Mexican girl with fake eyelashes treated me like a drug seeker. In a cocky voice, she demanded to see the text.. She then snapped at me that I couldn’t have Rx till tomorrow…. My doctor had uped my dosage at my visit. I was there prior to their lunch being over the day before also for my blood pressure medicine. I dropped my jaw at the conversations going on .. You know girls, God hears all your conversations, and also patients waiting for you to reopen after your lunch break.

This has to be the laziest Pharmacists I’ve ever dealt with. I RARELY go to get prescriptions filled unless I’m sick, so naturally I went on a day where I wasn’t feeling well after a trip to the doctor. This CVS Pharmacy kept me waiting for an hour with little to no customers present other than myself. When I finally made my way to ask for an update, it turns out my prescription had been ready for quite some time. Christ Almighty.

Both the Pharmacist and the pharmacy tech went out of their way today to help me with my discontinued medication. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!! By far the worst cvs I have ever been too. The pharmacy is the worst part, I have people that put me on hold for 20 minutes at a time just to pick up and hang up without saying anything. They’ll do this multiple times in a row before actually answering and talking. They’ve given me the wrong information regarding my prescriptions numerous times, sending me on a wild goose chase trying to fix stuff I shouldn’t be fixing. I will never be coming here again.

I go to this pharmacy for all of my prescriptions and find the entire staff very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate the pharmacist Shewan who double checked the medications I am taking to be sure there is no contraindications for the new medication I was prescribed. I am an RN and value his expertise and helpfulness. Thank you Shewan!

The staff at this location are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve been dealing with some medication shortages in Austin recently and ended up finding what I needed at this location. The staff members went out of there way to make sure I was taken care of. 10/10 experience, I would drive back from Austin again if I have to get my medications from this location.

Avoid this place if you value your health. The pharmacist has repeatedly mixed up my prescriptions and dosages. The last mistake he made was assuming the doctor wrote my script for 150mg and filling my script for that amount when the doctor had written 180 packets. Huge difference here and a quick phone call from Robert the pharmacist or anyone else who works in the pharmacy to my doctor could have cleared it all up. Instead he ‘guessed’ and was wrong and I picked up the wrong med, the wrong dose, and the wrong time. They don’t care if you go without your medication. They don’t care about you. They are going to kill someone! Literally go anywhere else but here!

Stopped in today to pick up a box of Allegra D really quick, only one person working in the pharmacy, didn’t catch her name (cashier#0784222) obviously doing the best she could checking out pick ups and helping a very rude nasty man get setup for a flu shot. She called me up to the register and the man getting his flu shot got ugly with her for helping me before she finished helping him, even though she was waiting for his form to submit and print out,(she was visibly embarrassed) so i told her she could go ahead and finish helping him. I feel that she handled the situation very well, she was very polite with us and the other man. I just wanted to leave this review because some people are just hateful and selfish, and it’s sad that they can talk to and treat people however they feel just because things aren’t going their way.
