Possibly the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. A while back I had surgery and they didn’t fill my pain killers for 4 days. My mother had to go up there and fight for them to fill it. They never answer the phone, and when they do they give bad info. I called last week to ask why my order was on hold, and they said “we’re out of it, call the other cvs in the area.” After calling the other 5, no one had it. I came to learn a few days later that they weren’t out of it, but rather they refused to fill the script because it was from Teladoc. I ended up having to send the script to Walmart. Last summer they filled my epipen and gave me one that expired in 5 months, then tried to say they couldn’t refill it when I needed another. When I went to pick up my script a few days ago, I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me, then another 10 before I gave up and drove off, wishing luck to the 3 cars piled up behind me. Under-staffed, under-motivated, bad attitudes, and it’s been this way for at least 2 years. Needs a serious change in management and employee training.By Katie Lynch (a month ago)I recently ordered 10 photos, when I walked in today there was literally no one to be found except in the pharmacy. I knocked on the managers door and a new girl came out to say the manager is some who in here. Thanks, you’re helpful. So I wandered around for another few minutes only to find said manager who was not only invested in what was happening on her cell phone but she let me know that she was looking at pictures in a group text. How unprofessional!!! But I guess u get what u pay for, my photos were free 🤷🏽♀️
Do better cvs!!!By poohpiead (7 months ago)To many mistakes, delays, prescription, amounts given, was told it was on order with the manufacturer,,,then told I needed to have physician call in a new script,,then re texts that get sent are mostly incorrect..called in for Lancet needles on Sept.22,2022 and finally able to pick them up after calling the physicians office many times to pick them up on October 21st,2022…in the mean time my mother had to sit herself with the same needle!!!! Thank God my 96 year old mother isn’t on life threating medicationsBy Maria Menchaca (4 months ago)Very serious management problem at this store. For example, I asked for cash back at the self checkout and it gave an error so I asked the cashier if he could open his register and give me my cash back and he said he didn’t know how to do that and didn’t want to call his manager and get chewed out by them. So I was out $20 because the manager didn’t teach them how to open the register and the employee was scared to even interact with the manager. The people at the pharmacy were short and would interrupt you before you even finished saying why you were there. No instructions were given for prescriptions. Nobody wants to be there and the management does nothing to make the employee and customer experience better. I worked 9 years in retail throughout high school and college and this kind of stuff is mind boggling to me that it happens.By Joseph Tackitt (8 months ago)They never answer the phone. I have three small children, I can’t go running up there every time I need to talk to them.By Kindell Holst (a month ago)

The worst experience ever. They don’t like to help at all. From the pharmacist to the girls who work in the pharmacy. They don’t want do any investigation about your medications why it’s not being covered. It’s the worst. If I can give them less than one star I will
Don’t bother going here to get vaccinated. Set up an appointment to get the Covid booster and Flue shot, get a text confirming my appointment, get there and there’s no clear signage for vaccine check in, wait in a long line just to be shuffled around from counter to counter, and now suddenly my appointment isn’t showing up. Ended up not even getting the covid vaccine after over 40 minutes of waiting and told to reschedule for the next day, no clear reason given for why I couldn’t get the shot.
The people at night were much more helpful, but Jazmyn in the pharmacy during the morning shift was not helpful and EXTREMELY unfriendly. They don’t have my prescription stocked and don’t know when they will, but at least my 2nd visit to check on it they told me who might be able to help.
I just called the pharmacy at CVS and the chick I talked to was so rude. There was no reason to just dismiss me the way she did. There are some really good techs up there and there are some REALLY bad ones too…. I’m sorry to say that there are more bad than good. I will leave my rant with this….. TREAT OTHERS AS YOU WOULD HAVE OTHERS TREAT YOU….. it’s so simple and it would make the world a better place if we all worked on doing that.
Drive thru lady is horrible! Yes it cool and windy but if you’re not going to open the window, use the speaker. I had to go inside to get another medication and the lady actually accused me of trying to get it free of charge. After medication was found, it plainly showed they owed it to me at no cost.
This lady needs to retire or take lessons in customer service
