Wish I didn’t have to use CVS. There’s always an issue with our prescriptions. We don’t get notified either… we have to call them after a day or so if waiting to find out there’s an issue. There’s an app, text, phone number – but when I don’t need a prescription, I get constant notifications about it… they are always short- staffed. Lines always long and they hardly ever pick up phone, then you’re on hold forever. Takes days, sometimes weeks for them to fill something. I think they only have 2 shopping carts for the entire store so I had a few small items but I couldn’t really shop unless I wanted to make a mess of dropping stuff. I felt bad for a lady trying to buy multiple 12-packs of soda, she had to carry 1 by 1 to the register. Why don’t they order new carts? Apparently they only want you to do self checkout as the regular register is cluttered with a mess. Pharmacy had a huge line in the store and in the drive through as well and sounded like calls waiting to be answered (and nobody answering). However, it seems that this location really PUSHES for customers to use the “self-checkout” option. Yesterday, me and this other lady wanted to check out. However, no one was posted at the registers. There were at least two workers doing stock work. Very important aspect to a retail establishment INDEED, but tending to customers is what drives revenue! Lots of people like using self checkout, I’m indifferent to it. The way I see it, if I wanted a cashier job, I’d apply for one! Most people 50 and over are “old school” and prefer that traditional cashier/customer connection! Those self check stations should be for when the check out line is a mile long and you just need a Gatorade and a candy bar. BOOM in and out. I do like CVS better than its competitor right across the street, Walgreens though ANYDAAYYY! Just tighten up the customer service and you’d BLOW Walgreens out of the water!! They repeatedly refuse to give me my prescription medication and are rude whenever I ask them any questions. If you need to get Covid shots, they will actively ignore and forget about your appointment and leave you sitting there wondering what to do next. They also do not pick up calls, leaving you sitting on hold for hours on end. You can even hear the total amount of missed calls and people on hold when you walk in and theres usually at least 2 people on the line at all times. People deserve better when it comes to their medication and this place does not give you the bare minimum. Myself and another customer went to cash out at the pharmacy and the pharmacist was polite to help but the staff woman was very rude I will not shop this CVS .

I called to check if my prescription had been called in by my Dr and was on hold for 30 minutes .. finally get someone on the line and she confirms prescription is there and will be ready soon . Sent my son about an hour later and he still had to wait another hour and a half . Plus I’m pretty sure i was overcharged but at that point i just wanted the medicine as i was in dire need. I always use Wal-Mart and have never had a problem but since i live in this town i thought it would be quicker . “Cashiers” at this store don’t let you shop comfortably. I don’t feel welcome anymore and every time I try to use coupons it seems to be a problem. 2 transactions is ridiculous. I’ve seen customers(non Couponer) do more than 2 transactions and it seems that’s ok. I guess the problem is us Couponers.
Amazing service. Super helpful and worked hard to make sure I got the lowest prices for each of my scripts. So wonderful. ❤️
Prescriptions always on time except no Ozempic available in any store within 30 miles. On back order do to high demand.
The store had a few empty spots but I was able to get everything I needed. The store was clean and the cashier was very friendly and helpful.
