And we can’t get it sent early but most the meds they run out of on regular basis we have been getting for years from this same pharmacy. Went there today to get 4 scripts for 4 different people they told us that they had them filled when we called as we pulled in drive then we get to window and the pharmacist tells us she can only give us one because they have lunch. Then we can come back for the others later. Tried to let her know we had been waiting in line fore 30 min she then argues that fact immediately. Fed up with there stuff. Constant problems from them. I’ve had an extremely rough day today, and to top it off my daughter has a double ear infection for the third time in two months. I called them after receiving an automated voice message saying that my daughters prescription wouldn’t be ready until Friday evening (totally understandable considering tomorrow is thanksgiving) but this is something I needed tonight. After I called, Jessica went above and beyond to help me make sure I could find somewhere that had her medicine in stock. I am so so appreciative and this woman truly made my day and she doesn’t even know it. Takes no more then 10mins to get prescription filled. Which is better then having to wait half an hour to 45 minutes on your meds. Bc we all have such busy lifes. The staff are all friendly n will answer any questions you may have. They advertise as 24 hours but out a sign up saying they close at midnight. They apparently close whenever they feel like it. My son was sick and I rushed there only for them to close ten minutes early because they claimed the “computers were down”. Just like McDonald’s is always cleaning the ice cream or smoothie machine when they don’t feel like making a smoothie.
In all honesty this location deserves a 1 star, but they have at least one good pharmacist that brings it up. Why we continue to go here who knows. If a doctor sends an electronic prescription to this location do NOT count on them getting it or all of it. My wife tried one time for a week where the doctor would send it yet they claimed they would never get it. Finally she had the doctor send it to a town an hour away to that CVS and within 10 minutes they called and had it ready. Last three times I had the doctor give me a hard copy just in case and every time I needed it. Then today I made the mistake of not getting there 3 minutes before they closed (6pm). Of course same excuse they didnt receive it and I’d have to wait till tomorrow. We always used them since they were 24/7 and nationwide, so if we did travel we could get prescriptions filled all over with our insurance on file. But due to what I believe is incompetence and no longer being 24/7 we may as well move our business to a local pharmacy that actually wants to please their customers
Worst customer care EVER! Arrogant! Refuse to help! Refuse to do returns because it’s work. Simply the most horrible store managers I’ve ever seen.
Awful service every time. Leave urgent care and try to call CVS to alert them we are on our way (sick child) but no one answers. 30 minutes after it’s sent to CVS they say oh we just got it. Wait 20 minutes. I wait and then they said it’s still processing come back in 10 more minutes. No one is in the drive thru behind me and he makes me leave the window.
Very courteous employees. I was impressed. I was sad, however, to learn they were not open 24 Hours. My Christmas vice. I’m good. Please give them kudos and tell them keep it up! Allison, Paducah, KY
