Terrible, uncooperative “service” transferring RX!
Waiting over a week with no follow up.
Switched to Walgreens and transfer should be ready for pick up in one hour.
I will never step foot in that store again.
Plus Walgreens pharmacy is open two hours later.
This is by far the worst pharmacy to go through. If you manage to get through the voice prompts to speak to a live person, you sit on hold for no less than 10 minutes. I understand staffing shortages, but things can be done to make sure that you are still taking care of your customers.
Tried to call for 45 minutes on hold to ask to change to a generic and the girl was like well now we have to pull the prescription and redo it, all upset. I apologize and said I tried to catch it but no one answered the phone. She said well we have to do this and that. That is not my fault or should be a customers concern.

Our family has been getting our flu and covid vaccines through this pharmacy over the last year and a half. The online appointment process is easy, the location and evening weekend appointment times are convenient for us. Most of all, and the reason for taking the time to leave this review, is the pharmacy staff is always very friendly and competent. They are juggling so much, yet have always gotten the job done right.
Today our family, including our young son, got our covid booster and flu shots. Sallie, the pharmacist who administered the vaccine was excellent! She really made an effort to connect with our son to make sure he felt comfortable. Thank you for all you do!
The pharmacy department has a person working there that is rude beyond belief. This according to my own experience and that of friends and neighbors. When i tried to explain to the pharmacist what happened I was shut down fast. I get the worker shortage but this was the worst case of behavior I’ve ever experienced from a store person in all my 63 years. The actual store is fine. The front desk clerks are kind and helpful. But don’t ever find yourself dealing with Paula in the pharmacy.
