I am really impressed with this CVS pharmacy. My wife and I went shopping in there, and the cashier, Jeannine, was very helpful because I needed a price check on a couple of things, and she gave us her full attention each time. I felt bad because she was busy making new labels. After my wife and I were done we went up to the counter and she asked if we found everything okay, and was very polite and professional. She needs a raise!
My wife and I also get our prescriptions from this pharmacy and these guys are professional and friendly. I never have any issues. Very efficient in their work and always giving me their full attention.

Incredible!!! Arrived in Montana last Friday from Mane. Normally get my prescription 90 days at a time though CVS/Catemark mail order. Yesterday, when I refilled my daily doser, I realized that I had left one of my daily prescriptions home in Maine. I called CVS on Brooks St. Explained my situation to Tommy. He looked me up in the CVS system to find that my prescription needed to be renewed. So, he notified my doctor in Maine. My doctor approved the renewal and ordered my prescription at a CVS in Maine yesterday afternoon. I stopped at CVS on Brooks Street. Told the story to Taylor. She moved the prescription to her CVS and told me it would be ready in 10 minutes. I left to pick up our carry out dinner, and picked up my prescription 10 minutes later. I never missed a dose! Thank you CVS/Caremark. Thank you Tommy. Thank you Taylor. Crisis averted!
This CVS store is supposedly a UPS Access Point but they refused to accept a care package for my daughter. There was nothing out of the ordinary about the box and my daughter had received a UPS package there before. But this CVS store refused delivery and would not take any responsibility for the error. I spent over two hours on the phone with UPS in order to get a partial credit.
I’m having a hard time tracking down my medication due to shortages, but Maya was knowledgeable about shipments and definitely put me at ease about my medication. I live closer to the Target location, but I’ll be keeping my prescription just because of this experience. Thank you Maya!
Went in to get my Passport photo. Adam was so helpful! I was trying to avoid USPS since they can be busy and it can feel rushed and stressful. Adam was very efficient without making me feel rushed or stressed. He even offered me as many discounts as possible to cut the price a bit. Excellent customer service! Exceeded my expectations.
