This is the worst pharmacy. I started calling the pharmacy at 9:30 A.M., I’m still waiting on someone to answer my calls. They closed early so they never bothered to even turn on their phones or try to answer calls. Customer service really sucks. The sad part is this is normal behavior. I dislike this pharmacy. 😒
The bald headed associate is rude but the guy that works in there is super nice. Not sure about the pharmacy part I’ve never had to use them. The 1 star is for the store part.
The worst customer service experience! Long call waiting just for them to pick up and hang up in your face. You go inside the pharmacist tells you they will give you a call back and you never even receive that.
This store need to be closed because their “supposedly” cashiers are RUDE, NASTY, and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. The line was excessively long while employees are laughing and joking, which makes the costumers feel UNWELCOME. We are not from here and we’ve never been anywhere with such RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL behavior.

They are also talking and not doing their job or customer service as employees are supposed to be doing. They also did not greet their customers as they enter the store. They also were following me like I was going to steal I have never stolen something in my life and I would never steal anything. If I could give them a negative star I would . This is the worst cvs I’ve seen in my life.
