They hardly have anything remotely healthy here, and some of the staff has an attitude problem. One employee started an argument with me over a receipt I brought in with extra bucks, and kept saying “we don’t take those here,” despite me showing her that the receipt was from this exact CVS. Considering this and the fact that it’s by a college campus, this store is only good for a quick junk food run.
They told 30 minutes to pickup my prescription, hour and half later they ask me to go the end of the line and ask for more time, I am in so much pain after removing 6 teeth. What do call this. I will not step a foot in this place and I am going to cancel the $ 15000 and I mean fifteen thousand dollars prescription every 6 months, and take my money somewhere else. You think I am bluffing? I am not. You can contact me if you care.

Only decent staff member quit. Management is always rude to employees in front of customers. Stocking bins and carts clutter the isles frequently making it difficult to navigate around things and walk the store. No ID scanning so any out of state ID they’re unfamiliar with they accuse you of being a criminal and owning a fake and they refuse to implement a scanning system to verify IDs leaving it up to whatever untrained 19 year old is at the register. Homeless people routinely camp out front and pharmacy staff chain smokes next to the store. Go to Walgreens on main or literally anywhere else this store is atrociously run.
This CVS location is so convenient for students on campus. Friendly staff and great deals.
the pharmacist working here treats people terribly. i dont understand how CVS hires these healthcare professionals that represent their company. terrible terrible service
