I got my flu shot this morning. The pharmacist, Steve, was timely and very kind. Also, I didn’t feel a thing! I work in healthcare so I’ve had lots of flu shots in the past, but this is my first time getting a shot at the pharmacy. A GREAT experience! I was also able to pick up my rx at the same time. I’ll definitely be back.
This particular CVS I give not only a five-star but an A+ rating. Their store is Neat and organized and their store and their bathroom facilities are kept clean and the customer service is beyond exceptional. Lavonda, Dylan and Max not only have a lot of patience lol but have went out of their way to help me multiple times. They are very well knowledgeable about how things work, the inventory, and the items that are sold I will definitely be shopping there on a regular basis just because of them . They have a great attitude and because of them I have went from shopping there once a month to once a week at least I highly recommend this place. CVS is lucky to have them.
Called about 12 o’clock to get a prescription refilled and the lady said it would be done in about an hour. We went shopping and came to pick up at 2:17 or so and they didn’t have the prescription ready. It is now 3:12 and still haven’t gotten it. I understand being short staffed, but I wouldn’t recommend saying something will be ready at a certain time if it won’t be. That’s the only aggravating part. Plus, we showed up almost an hour and a half after the time they said it would be ready.
Luke in the pharmacy was EXTREMELY helpful! They did not have what I was looking for and he found where else in town I could get it! He was even willing to order some for me if nobody had it! Almost made me tear up because it was such a kind and helpful thing to go out of his way for me!
The pharmacy staff here are so pleasant. Highly recommend making them your pharmacy!
