This place is a huge joke! Hope you don’t need to call and get ahold of someone in the pharmacy! You will be on hold all day. I have literally been on hold for an hour and 16 minutes. If they are that busy they could answer and get a call back number. But this place is a joke! I wish my insurance covered somewhere else in town cause I definitely would not use this place. They can’t even keep there records straight they have gotten my prescription wrong a lot idk how cause I have seen what the doctor puts in!
Horrible and unhelpful pharmacy. It’s difficult to be over worked and underpaid, but when someone goes to school to specialize in medicine they must have some idea that it’s field the general public doesn’t know much about. Of course people are going to have questions that seem dumb to a person who has attended medical school, but most of the clients haven’t. I’ll never understand how people can be so cold, rude and short to others who are just trying to take care of themselves. Every time I’ve gone to pick up a prescription I’ve watched the person in front of me be talked down to or get an eye roll for a basic question. There’s been multiple times that I’ve heard the pharmacist answer the phone and almost immediately raise her voice to the person on the other end. It’s so unnecessary and makes the visit extremely tense and uncomfortable. There are a lot of other pharmacies with friendly and helpful workers in Fayetteville that I’d suggest trying long before this location.
Took a child to the hospital and after we left was given a prescription to be filled at CVS. Got there before they were closed, the drive through was open. The person on the other side of the drive through, a younger man in scrubs looked at us. He could see and hear me. I explained I needed the prescription filled as I had an injured child. His words, “We are closing.”
He refused and the window was still open. There may have been at least one car behind me.
Callous and non existent service to the people needing help. I shared the episode with the manager and got nowhere. Corporate was called and they told me they would handle it.
By then it was too little and too late. I had a child with a compound fracture and the store employee was such a rotten example I’ll avoid that place and not recommend it to anyone.
I’ve been coming to this in store (Target) CVS for about 4 years now. I’ve had 3 of my elder family members required to get Rxs from a CVS. 2 have passed away and the third will continue patronizing the pharmacy here.
The hours of operation have been challenging at times and being inside the Target limits some availability however I’ve never had such devoted staff and pharmacist- Jessica I’m so grateful to have you on my side – regardless of the obstacles you’ve always been our selfless devoted advocate! It still amazes me that out of all the names and faces you process – you make sure to remember me and my needs. There isn’t any better! Thank you Jessica
Horrible costumer service by the manager Sophie. I tried shipping a UPS package and instead telling me nicely if I could prepare the package to ship, she tried sending me to another UPS carrier. She did not want to help me in anyway.
