I dropped off a package to be returned to Amazon and was asked would I like a receipt. After telling the associate yes he said it would be emailed to me within about an hour. Two days later and a call to the store manager I still never received an email. It was not wise on my part to leave a package without any receipt or proof of doing so. You would expect a designated UPS drop point to be professional and technologically advanced enough to scan the shipping label and provide a receipt on the spot.
Friendly staff. Cashiers are getting better at tending to customers. Used to be hard to find & long wait periods. Semi organized, clean. Booths for vaccination. Wait time was 10-15 minutes.
The male pharmacist, was respectful and communicated wonderfully. he had helped us with a pharmacy related concern, and quickly had us taken care of by fixing the trainees accident.
This store has the rudest employees I’ve ever come across. They never great you they never ask if you need him or even just say hello they don’t ever acknowledge you in any type of way. I go here because its close to my job so its just easier for me. Don’t expect a friendly hello or even a have a good day
They never have what you need in stock. Very frustrating & aggravating! They are also really bad about telling you something will be available on a certain date & time, then you go only to find it’s not ready.
Total wasted trip & time! Time to find a new pharmacy!
