Customer service has gone to a new low..
My wife was in line to get her diabetes medicine and Susan at cvs decided it was her lunch time went off on my wife..
There are many places to get your medication filled…. I will be going else where…. I do not recommend CVS!
Haven’t had such slow service at any pharmacy. The last three times I have been here had to wait up to 50 minutes. Left once because pharmacist was engaged in a long personal conversation and didn’t even notice I was waiting. Would go anywhere else but this is the only place my insurance covers.
The new pharmacist Ben is horrible and rude. I showed him my doc sent over the prescription. He informed me it didnt matter it wasnt in the system. Gave me three my 3 day supply until
I could get ahold of my doctor. But almost refused when I told him I would be changing my pharmacy. The medicine was just antidepressant. He acted like the medicine was a narcotic or something. Avoid this pharmacy go to walgreens.
Brutally long wait times. I called when they opened and have now been on hold for 61 minutes. It’s like this every single time.
