After waiting in line this evening from 4:20 until 6:00, the one guy working, said sorry he’s brand new to the job and he’s the only one working tonight.
He gives me my wife’s prescription and I take it home to her. It was the wrong medicine. They gave us a completely different medication than she was prescribed.
Not happy and will be seeing the manager tomorrow morning.
Constant issues with the pharmacy here. My insurance makes me use them if I want a brick and mortar pharmacy. They constantly forget to order my medication. I just tried to pick up a prescription for the second time and it still was not ordered because the person I talked to put it in the wrong system. I would not recommend this place at all.
Terrible pharmacy. Called to see if they received my called in prescriptions by my provider and they rudely advised they had nothing for me. I called my provider and they advised they had spoken with the pharmacy that morning. I called the pharmacy back and, this time, they said they had gotten the prescriptions but were out of the antibiotic I needed and said it would take 3 days to get it.
Went to use the one hour photo the girl had all of the machines being used as her lunch tables and crumbs were on everything. I’m used to using welgreens. She was rude with customer service and answering my questions. plus you could eat your lunch in the break room! Instead of stuffing your face in public and leaving your food every where that’s just nasty!
Slow, disorganized, and today they called me to let me know vaccines are unavailable today because they left their fridge open all night.
