I love this place. Dr. Fritzsche is highly knowledgeable and always is cognizant of the cost of things as it pertains to antibiotics or anything. He doesn’t just randomly prescribe for the sake of it. He is highly invested in his patients and the entire staff is warm and friendly.By Elle Smith (10 months ago)Update. My husband and i have been going here for years. The last 6 months, The staff has become so disorganized, unprofessional and incompetent. Today the rude secretary laughed at my husband as he was having a panic attack because they refused to give him his blood work results over phone and told him, he would have to come in and talk to Dr. My husband and I were both very worried, so he stopped work and drove to Dr. Turned out it was only his cholesterol but the ignorant secretary thought it was hilarious that she had scared him. I have medical insurance but prefer to simply pay for Doctor’s Care, whenever possible. Dr. F has great bedside manner, shows genuine concern, and demonstrates professional attention to detail. I went in fairly worried and left entirely relieved. The exam was detailed and thorough, so I felt confident in the doctor’s findings when I left. I also very much appreciate the office staff here. This was the only experience I’ve had with an urgent care provider that didn’t suck. Really, this place was great, they got me in and helped me with everything I asked for plus the doctor and nurse where fantastic. Truly different than any other urgent care I have ever been to. I walked in and the ladies up front were polite and efficient and had me processed right away.Within a couple minutes I was called back and within a couple more, the Doctor was seeing me.
The nurses and Doctor were great and pleasant to talk to. In no time, I was bandaged up and on my way.

She was sooo rude to me and she made me feel so low the way she spoke to me. The two ladies at the front desk was pleasant and was smiling they started the visit right. The doctor I had also was very sweet and funny she made up for the rude RN lady that day. If I had to pick someone to be my doctor it would have to be her she was very sweet and kind to me. The other RN that came in as well to help assist the doctor was wonderful as well. I guess it goes back to the old saying “one bad apple can ruin the entire bunch”… lol I guess that’s how it goes. Great Service And The Positive Attitude To Match At T’ville’s New Urgent Care Center !
The staff was very nice and professional. The wait time was 10 minutes before I seen the doctor. The service was quick. They toke care all my needs. They didn’t rush the doctor listen to I had to say about problems. She was very passionate. MainStreet FAMILY Care I recommend you to try there service.
Easy getting in and out. 30 minutes. Everyone was nice and compassionate. I really did have a problem that needed immediate attention ( double ear infections from a cold virus). Thanks for getting me fixed up!

I’ve been once for myself, and once for my child. Both experiences were extremely positive. Staff was always professional and knowledgeable. Getting an appointment was a much better experience than waiting for my primary, which is generally a few days out.
Courtney and Parker were so kind to my three year old on a day he was suffering from an ear infection and not feeling like his best self. They made what could have been a terrible evening, a “fun adventure” for him. For that I will definitely be a repeat patient.
When I arrived,I was greeted with warmth and pleasant grace.Everyone was nice and kind.Showed they cared about my situation and made us feel welcomed.
