  1. Nice big bakery and coffee shop with plenty of seating and outlets for your electronic devices. They have great prices for baked goods and it’s professionally crafted as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We were sad to see the options for pastries were limited because we arrived late in the day so next time we will have to get there earlier.

The coffee was great which is expected from the Rising Star coffee brand. We got the salted chocolate chip cookie and a coconut macaroon, both were baked perfectly. The music is super mellow and chill. Great place to have a conversation or get some work done. Definitely recommended if you want quality baked goods or craft coffee!

  2. The best bakery I have been to in Cleveland! I have tried many of Blackbird’s baked goods and have never been disappointed. Raspberry Jammer is my favorite, but their seasonal scones are also top tier!

  3. Love the multi grain levain bread. They use a real starter in this bread. It’s old school baking. Sometimes you can hear the pounding of butter for the croissants. It’s hard not to leave here with tons of bread and cookies. They also carry The Home Pantry Blueberry Chamomile Jam. The espresso drinks are amazing as well.

  4. The coffee is absolutely delicious! They have oat milk which is a plus if you are looking for milk alternatives. Seating option both indoor and outdoor. Can’t wait to try the bake good next time I’m in the area.

  5. The almond croissant is to die for. Chocolate croissant is great too but I only get it if they’re out of the almond. Flakey, sweet but not too sweet. Vanilla cappuccino was also a hit! You have to get here early cause they do sell out quick.

    Great selection of bakery pastries and breads. They had fresh packages of grab and go items as well. We tried the molasses cookies, apple fritter, and cinnamon rolls- all of which are delicious. The store has mostly Mennonite ladies working. You can see through the glass partition the swirling of dough;

Picked up some Peanut Butter Balls on the way to an event. They’re high on the sweetness scale I’ll be taking them to work to see if anyone enjoys them.

They contain chocolate, peanut butter (not sure how they get the peanut butter/how it was made), pudding (not sure how they get their pudding or what ingredients are in it), sugar, and salt.

Concerns here are peanut butter, chocolate, and pudding typically all have sugar whether it’s natural or unnatural but it’s usually in there after processing if not before as well.

allergens are listed as: milk, soy, and peanut but they were not in the ingredients. I’m not sure which part has what in it.

I would only eat these again if I felt I desperate for nourishment.

I haven’t tried other items based on these treats I imagine all treats will be along the same line of not really being sure what the ingredients are, and having lots of.

This place has unique snacks and drinks if you’re looking for something different. They have vanilla-butterscotch covered peanuts (something like that), 20 different kinds of cream soda, bacon covered donuts, and lots more! They give free samples too 😊. The cheeseburger was huge and delicious (according to my husband). The fries were outstanding; they were hot and seasoned well. The only disappointment was their version of grilled cheese. It was two soft pieces of bread with slightly melted cheese in between. I would have liked the cheese melted more and the bread more firm and toasted. It’s run by hardworking Amish staff members. This is a nice family outing. Depending on the size of your family, take $25-$50 and you’ll have a great time!

When in Amish country it wouldn’t be my first choice, not because they are not good, on the contrary, what they have is great though store is small. However on a Sunday they are the only place open.

My wife and I visited for the first time in October/2022. Very neat little place. I ordered the breakfast special which
consisted of two pancakes, two pieces of bacon and two eggs. It came extra with two grapes and a small orange wedge.
It was very good, the pancakes were more like a dessert. My wife got the fall salad with chicken and she loved it. Service
was pretty good, it appeared that there was one waitress handling all of the tables.

I stopped in here for a bite to eat on a Friday evening while I was in town. I ordered the pulled pork with the seasoned potato wedges, a maple cinnamon roll, and a maple breve. It was so delicious that I had to return Saturday morning to try the breakfast menu. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with egg, bacon, cheese, and avocado. Of course, I had to order another maple cinnamon roll and it was just as delicious as the first ! I highly recommend stopping in here if you are in town! All of the baked goods look incredible!

Stopped in for breakfast and a latte and had a great experience. It’s a small place with around six tables and some parking around the back. The service, breakfast and latte were all great. We didn’t sample any of the bakery goods, but they looked delicious.

When I say this was the best food I’ve ever had in my life, I’m not kidding. I suffer bad with food anxiety and didn’t have a bit of it while eating here. Everything was so fresh, the place was super clean, and it was so delicious! And can we talk about their donuts? They are bigger than my hand and are clearly made from scratch. Will definitely be back!
