This is such a neat place! It’s convenient to 65. The employees were friendly and helpful. The gift shop was large and had beautiful, unique items. Our favorite menu item was the chicken salad sandwich and our favorite dessert was the peanut butter fudge brownie. Everything was yummy! We will definitely visit again.By Jessica Hutch (10 months ago)Came here for the first time a few weeks ago and loved it! The chocolate peanut butter brownie was so good and also their homemade mac and cheese. Lots of great desserts and food to pick from. Also they have a huge store with lots of things to pick from. Great views and nice location. People are very friendly and hospitable. Will definitely come back again!By Jasper Risenhoover (a year ago)This is a great place to stop for all kinds of sweets and treats.
They also serve a different variety of foods here that are quite pleasing to your palate.
Stop in today purchase something from the gift shop, order lunch and leave with some sweet treats that you are guaranteed to surely enjoy.
By Hot Wired (a year ago)OMG (oh my golly), this place is quite the treasure. A small store with an excellent bakery & restaurant. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Our sandwiches were very good, the Chicken Salad & Rueben. The hard part was deciding what bakery delights to choose as there were too many tempting options. We couldn’t decide on only one unfortunately for my diet. Also, I will say if you order the “Arnold Palmer” to drink without sweet tea be prepared for a sour experience but that didn’t make our trip any less enjoyable. We will return!!By David Deckert (10 months ago)This is always a must stop every time we go to Branson. Everything about this place is great! I wish I could give it 10 stars.
The breakfast sandwich and hash browns are some of the best I’ve ever had. Breakfast casserole is good, but I’m not a huge fan of sweet peppers. I know most might think toast is just toast, but they have the best toast you’ll ever put in your mouth along with to die for jelly! If you don’t believe me, just try it.
I think the hardest part going here is deciding what pastries and goodies we are going to take with us. I wish they had a sampler flight. They are all so good and it’s hard to choose just one or two.
The shopping is just icing on the cake (pun intended). They have so many unique gift items as well as things that would look awesome in any home. They also keep a large variety of items from local artist.
Lastly, the staff is incredibly nice, welcoming and attentive. They make you feel like you are a good friend coming over for brunch.By Carrie Stanfield (2 months ago)

We ordered the Sunshine breakfast sandwich and the Florentine as well as a cinnamon roll with mint tea and dirty chai latte. Everything was exquisite! This was probably the best cinnamon roll I’ve ever had. Service was fast and friendly. Dining area is cheery and clean. The front porch had a great atmosphere and beautiful mosaic art tables. So glad we stopped here for breakfast! This was our first visit and would definitely recommend to anyone in Fayetteville.By Zsabrina (3 months ago)We randomly stopped by to check it out and we had a blast.
Staff is welcoming and smiling, the place is cozy and their baked goods are top tier.
I’am a French baker myself and I couldn’t have found a better bakery to have my wife try some real croissants and such.My only regret now is that we live more than 4 hours away… But well.
By Mika (7 months ago)My buddy ordered a sandwich and it was ok, probably something that you could make at home. But the bagel… The bagel Thooo….. that was fire. If you come here get a breakfast bagel. You quite literally can’t go wrong with anything on the breakfast menu. It was a little crowded but we still got our food fast.By Max Kincheloe (7 months ago)This is exactly the kind of place you’re looking for whether in a cute town like Fayetteville or (I wish) within walking distance of my house. Delicious coffees and fresh breakfast/lunch items are met with with friendly service. I’d bottle this place and take it home if I could.By Julie Winter (6 months ago)Delicious and reasonably priced.Pros:
*Located a couple of blocks off the square.
*Surrounded by lots of shops and interesting places to see
*If you’re not crazy hungry portions are big enough to split
*Options of chips or side salad.
*Up the ramp inside is additional seating and the restroom. Lots of nice outdoor seating as well.
Free wifiCons:
*Inside seating across from the order station is cramped. You WILL have your chair bumped multiple times by customers standing in line or fetching drinks.
*Frau Farbissina works here and will scream your name to pick up your order. It’s disconcerting if you aren’t ready for it. I recommend Scott, Adriane or Stella for maximum levity.By Christina ODonnell (a year ago)

Oh my…what is not to love about this place! The smell of fresh baked bread and goodies, fresh Sandwiches and salad as well as other entrées. The mill with its ambiance. It’s an enjoyable experience when in town. I wish this was closer to where I live but then again waistline may be glad it isn’t. If you’ve never tried it—GO now!
Passing through, and thoroughly enjoyed this place. Sandwiches were nice, the bread was nice and fresh. Tried my wife’s pork bowl and I actually wish I would have picked that!!! Lol. Everything was very clean including the bathrooms. I like the indoor and outdoor seating options. Super busy place even for mid afternoon on a weekday. We didn’t get to try the pastries.
Love the breakfast sandwiches here. So far I have only done take out but I cant wait dine in. The two times I’ve been here, there are so many yummy options its hard to decide.
We arrived at 12:20 and the place was packed but not full. There was a line waiting to order but it moved quickly. Our sandwiches were both hot and arrived at out table quite quickly. Both sandwiches were served hot and they were delicious. I also tried the “Samoa” pie that tasted exactly like the Samoa cookies from the girl scouts. We will definitely stop by next time in town.
As a restaurant, Neighbor’s mill is good. The sandwiches are delicious, always fresh made, cookies are top notch, and the service is great. But the thing that makes this place a weekly visit for me is their bread. It sounds crazy to suggest a special trip to a place just for a loaf of bread, but this is the best bread you’ve ever eaten, and is worth it. Get the triple cheese garlic, or the neighbor’s best with all the seeds and grains you could ever want. It isn’t cheap, but it’s made with only the best ingredients… and totally worth it.
