  1. I love the people and Snapple as well as the Bai products they bring us, dont shop any where else! This is your one stop shop!! I get my oil changed while shopping it a great place to hang out for a few hours.

  2. Was able to come in and get some quick snacks as I was driving through the town. People were nice and the store looked very clean. Only complaint is the tiny gas station as you’re driving through for those having vehicles bigger than that on the truck. Other than that the Walmart is great to come in if you need something

  3. Fresh bread, good oranges, great avocados and bananas. Good selection on cold cuts value brand on black forst ham and awesome turkey cuts. Made some good sandwiches witj a dill pickle spear in a large bread roll.

  4. Well it depends on which Walmart you’re going to the one in Snyder is not very good you’re going to stand in line for hours to get checked out or you’re going to have cashiers accuse you of changing the tags and trying to steal closed out items there is no customer service in this store the store is nasty and if it was up to me the town needs a good Walmart but this one I would close the doors and start all over.

  5. Best Walmart I’ve ever been to. Almost every aisle had an employee in it to help if needed. Clean, organized and most importantly, they had staff to check you out. Wonderful!

The pharmacist is awful! So rude and unhelpful. He told his staff he didn’t have the medicine to fill my prescription and then told me to go to a different pharmacy. He’s lazy and doesn’t have good people skills. He didn’t offer to see if another CVS had what I needed or to order it. I will never be back and I’m sure you’re losing customers daily because of his lack of care. You should probably find a better pharmacist.

Luckily HEB was more than helpful and took care of my needs quickly and kindly.

Your pharmacist needs to work on his interactions with staff and customers. He was rather unkind with me and one of the pharmacy technicians that was helping me. He thought I walked away, but I just sat down to wait for my prescription. Afterwards, I heard him loudly scolding her for expediting my prescription. Your pharmacy technician has the kind of customer service I expect, but your pharmacist definitely needs some retraining on professionalism and customer interactions.

This new manager, Robert, is the light of the store. He basically shopped for me and helped me walk. The piggyback ride was amazing.

Horrible customer service. The pharmacist is rude. Silly hours. Overall a rating of zero is warranted.

Made a mistake of sending prescription here. Never again. I needed the medication, and was told it would be ready in an hour. It wasn’t ready till that evening. Then the next morning the pharmacy was not open until 9 or 10. After 3 trips to pick up my prescriptions, I still don’t have them. Couldn’t get anyone in the pharmacy to answer the phone. Supposedly I get free delivery, but couldn’t set it up on the app. Couldn’t get anyone to answer.

There were SEVEN total employees all around the store and when I needed help with something, every single one of them ignored me and even avoided eye contact with me. I should have taken a look at their reviews because the MinuteClinic at this location has HORRIBLE reviews, and it is very accurate. Worst customer service experience plus the nurse charged me $100 for something that I should not have been charged for then when she realized she couldn’t fix it, she printed the price page, handed it to me, and said ‘you may be charged for this visit’.

The entire staff at their minute clinic are very rude and unprofessional. Had an appointment for my daughter and ran late due to an accident on our way to the clinic. When we arrived, we never acknowledged by any staff and after waiting about 40mins, one of their staff by the name of Uchenna came out addressing us in a condescending manner telling us they won’t attend to us. This is the worst service I have ever received in my life . Do not go to this minute clinic .

I had a really good experience from this CVS . One of the staff’s (Neelam)kindness, helped me to complete my passport application on time. Thank you for your help.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to, there was a pharmacist, she was Asian, I don’t know her name, she always spoke to me viciously, she acted very rude, she was very rude Terrible bad temper, she’s totally impatient, she’s very unfriendly to customers, everytime I see her, I feel like I’m having a nightmare! ! I just find it weird that if she doesn’t like the job, she can leave!

I would avoid this CVS location if you need the Minute Clinic and don’t have an appointment. I went on a Tuesday evening about 1 hour before the clinic closed as a walk-in for an infected wound. The signs advertise they are a walk-in clinic implying that no appointment is necessary.

When I got to the Minute Clinic there was a Physician and Assistant (nurse?) on staff and no patients. A stocker had to go back into the clinic offices to get the attention of the clinic staff since there was no bell or other way to notify them you were there. I explained why I was there to the Assistant who then took me to the Physician and asked if she could see me. I again explained the issue and showed her my hand which was clearly infected.

I was told she couldn’t treat me or give me an exam because “the computer says our schedule if full.” They offered to make me an appointment for the following day. The nurse then took me to her office and entered information into the computer to make an appointment for the next day and printed out an appointment reminder page.

As I left, I noted there still were no patients. So there was plenty of time to have taken vitals, looked at my hand, and ordered a prescription for an antibiotic. It is unacceptable to not serve a patient and blame it on the computer system. Based on the logic of a full schedule they couldn’t see a walk-in while during the time slot of a no-show appointment because the computer would say they were booked.

I decided the infection was bad enough that I went to a different urgent care clinic not affiliated with CVS. They had me in and out in less than 10 minutes.

As a courtesy to CVS customers I decided to cancel my appointment. The printed confirmation said I could cancel using “the confirmation code and URL provided in the confirmation email.” Since I didn’t get an email I didn’t have that information. When the nurse set up the appointment she didn’t ask for an email address so there is no way I could have gotten a confirmation email. Since email was the method of communication CVS elected to use, not getting an email address is simply negligent.

The next morning I called CVS to cancel the appointment. The Minute Clinic isn’t one of the default options on the automated phone system. Using the voice recognition system I asked for the Minute Clinic. All that did was transfer me to another set of automated menus. Cancelling an appointment or talking to a person were not options. I kept asking for an associate and the system would tell me it was transferring me until I was eventually disconnected.

I called the location again and asked the voice recognition for an associate instead of asking for the Minute Clinic. After repeated attempts to get a person, I was transferred to the Pharmacy. The Pharmacy staff was very helpful and said there was no way to call the minute clinic from an outside line. They talked to them and got my appointment cancelled.

In summary, walk-in service doesn’t work, they don’t get all the information they need to communicate with you, and there is no way to talk to the Minute Clinic on the phone. Three fails. Too bad you can’t give zero stars.
