They have no hand soap. I looked everywhere. They have facial wash and body wash. They have a million types of cleansers and moisturizers. No simple hand soap anywhere.
Also, the shelves throughout the store are half empty. It looks like they haven’t restocked in months. Where’s all the stuff?
By Chris Veal (3 months ago)The pharmacy is supposed to open at 8:00 am. I arrived right at 8:00 at the drive through window, which was closed. They told me through the speaker they would be with me in a few minutes. I waited for 13 minutes, rang the call bell twice and was ignored. Why is their time more important than the customer’s? I drove off without my meds. CVS – if you’re not going to open at 8:00, change your hours!!By Crystal Tetrick (6 months ago)If you like waiting in long lines to find out your order is always filled incorrectly and they have to close for lunch so you need to come back in 2 hours this is the store for you. The CVS mothership goes out of its way to make sure this location is under stocked and understaffed. If you didn’t need anti anxiety meds you’ll certainly need them after frequently this black hole for your free time.By Joe Fain (3 months ago)Lots of stuff with no price on the shelf. Shelves are half empty. I thought you were supposed to be notified in the app or text when prescriptions are ready. This has never been the case here. Then they put the script back on the shelf so you have to wait in person because you never got a notification it was ready. Try calling and no one ever answers in the pharmacy.By Shannon Allmon (2 weeks ago)I called cause I need to move my prescriptions to this CVS. I called and someone picked up the phone and hung up, so I called again and the same thing happened. I called one last time and they didn’t answer the phone for over 10 minutes. When they finally answered I heard laughing in the background and the so called “manager” acted like nothing happened. I had to have a talk with him on how that was not okay. But I’m sure that went right over his head.I already hate this place and I haven’t even been there yet.

Got my Covid vaccine(good experience) and then got a coupon. However, the cashier experience was the worst. Bought some stuffs and the cashier told me that I’ll have to be a member to use the coupon, which isn’t stated in the coupons. She was rude and almost demanded me to sign up. Of course, she did not ask if I wanted a bag for my stuffs and claimed that she’d asked before. All I know is that you ask me to sign up 3 times. Man, I just wanted to get out of there with my over-priced drugs. This place deserves a 1/5.By Fangsheng Xu (5 months ago)Something is definitely amiss at this location. Was staying in the area and they’d closed the night before by 8pm. I don’t necessarily blame CVS but something is off.
When I did get in a day or so later I learned that previous comments aren’t exaggerating. There are a lot of locked shelves, and a lot of empty ones.
I did not have any problems with staff.By Karen H. (5 months ago)I stopped by this location to buy some water, as it was very hot outside. When purchasing my water, the cashier was training an new hire and asked if I wanted to sign up for their discount card. Thinking this was just one of those cards that works for coupons or frequent shopper discounts, I said ok. The process took what felt like forever. A huge line firmed behind me and all I wanted was my water…. embarrassing!!! Then in reviewing my bank statements, these people were charging me monthly!! I of course should have read all the fine print when filling everything out, but she made no mention that I would be charged a monthly fee for some extra care card!!! Extra care?!?! I wanted water, not prescriptions!!! I cancelled the service, but even those people were terrible. Their phone connection was off and I had to call them several times to finally get this taken care of! You need to come up with better training processes and read your customer.. if they are there for just a water… let it go!! I’m very upset at all of the time and my money, that you people have wasted!! Get it together!By Jason Grose (7 months ago)There is a review from two months ago about a pharmacist Fadumo Mohammad here that goes Iike this: “I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a pharmacist so rude, arrogant, and unwilling to assist me.”
Well, I can testify to this review after my “wonderful” experience with this pharmacist. She was so “kind” that she told me the store is out of a certain product when it is right there on the shelf. I checked with her three times after seeing it’s in stock in the CVS app, and instead of trying to help in any capacity, she repeatedly told me “we don’t have if you don’t see it” with an annoyed look on her face.
I am only giving two stars because another CVS employee was very nice and actually helped me look for it.By Z L (3 months ago)Just had a horrible experience with this location. I was on hold for nearly two hours without any answer or option to get a call back. Nor did anyone pick up to indicate my status or if there were any contributing factors for the delay. I then called the customer service line, there, the woman I spoke with was nice and helpful and offered to try calling on my behalf. She also did not receive an answer and proceeded to call the manager who supposedly said they were busy and didn’t have time to answer the phone and hung up on the customer service representative.Clearly an awful place with awful staff. Do better. I’ll be changing pharmacies.

Wow, this CVS has a little bit of everything, even liquor/champagne. 🙂 I was looking for a particular variety of Coricidin HBP cold medicine, and they didn’t have the specific one I wanted but they did have two other variations so I’ll give them a break. It’s right in Old Bellevue and has a drive-up window. Nice.
Thanks so much for Kelley Hunter’s help. (Sorry for my bad English if I misspell her name). She is so great, professional and helpful! When she heard my trouble, she kindly take her time out to solve my problem. And she really did me a big favor and change my impression for this CVS ( firstly I just got so disappointed when I was rejected by another employee)
Poor service, poor selection, but the pharmacy is good. Located just off Old Main in Bellevue with parking just behind the store. Many choices close by, so recommend one of their competitors. FOLLOW ME for more thoughtful recommendations as I travel the world 🌎
Great service today afternoon. One guy working at the store and seemed really busy, but still took time to help out at the photo kiosk. Definitely would come back just for the friendly staff.
John was a kind soul willing to help me when it was very busy in the store with very little staff. The other person was working I think her name was Michala she was very responsive when I needed help obtaining an item that was behind a lock and willing to answer my questions.
