No good customer service here the cashier will tell you they are the manager. And then when you spot someone with a customer care concierge name tag they try to cover it with thier sweater and go get in their white lexus. My doctor sent 2 prescriptions on the same day 1 minute apart to this pharmacy one finally was filled the other, the pharmacy said they never received it. Called my doctor and they told me that transmission shows as successfully completed. Called pharmacy back just to be told to call my doctor and have them resend it. 🤬🤬. Nothing but the run arounds . I decided to call the CVS to give them my insurance info before I stop by to pick it up hoping to save some wait time. So glad I called. The meds I needed was on back order for a month and no CVS in the area has it. They left a message for my doctor and I decided to call Teledoc to get a new prescription. Several hours later, a new prescription finally was sent and in about 15 mins, it was ready. I was happy to see this CVS has a pharmacy drive thru window. I am traveling with 2 little dogs and I didn’t have to leave them in the car. The past at the pharmacy window was do nice, friendly and helpful. She confirmed that my first prescription was cancelled and this is a replacement. Because there are CVS back home, my insurance info is already in the system. So convenient! Poor, poor customer service! My mom that is 76 ran out of her blood pressure medicine on Christmas Eve. The head pharmacist would not give her 2 pills to get her by until she got to her doctors appointment. The pharmacist recommended her to go to the minute clinic or urgent care Berwick to get a refill script… closed! So unable to do that. Prescriptions will be moved to a pharmacy that cares about their customers. Do better CVS Pharmacy!By Melissa Riley (2 months ago)This place was very dirty. They asked me for my rx card explaining that my medical card did not have the information. I told them I only had the one card and showed them my online account. They pulled up the online medical card which had the same information and said that was fine?? The worst part is that I asked them if they could check to see if the insurance would cover it. It’s insane! They are so rude on the phone and in person. They act like they can’t do anything. Unfortunately, Walgreens is out of Tamiflu. I called CVS to see if they had it in stock before I bothered transferring(our insurance doesn’t work with Kroger). She wouldn’t help me. I started crying because we all have Flu A and Tamiflu is time sensitive. The lady informed me that they had it in stock but wouldn’t full it for 24 hours per their “transfer” policy. I’ve NEVER had that happen before. Today I went inside due to the line wrapped around the building. The 2 pharmacy staff I dealt with today we’re incredibly racist and vile. I’ve had only good experiences! Helpful cashiers, helpful pharmacists that are very communicative. I experienced for the first time a cashier explaining why my coupon didn’t work opposed to just the flat “it’s not working,” which was really nice and gave me to the opportunity to get another item so it worked. Appreciated that a lot!
Walked in and immediately noticed it was different from many other CVSes I’ve been to. It was just dirty. The floor wasn’t clean. The shelves were a mess. It just wasn’t a pleasant ace to be.

We arrived at 10:01 pm and store attendant did not let us in

Weny to this pharmacy from out of town, the pharmacist was working alone and wad very busy, he could not have treated us better. Was a great experience with such a nice pharmacist.
Desperate for food since no one in this town would serve any after 8 pm, we bought the last 2 frozen entrees in the place at 9 bucks a pop.
