The Pharmacy Technician, Management at the Marsh St. location have talked about me to the CVS on Broad St. Have discriminated against me told me I’m not allowed at the other location. I will be contacting the CEO. I shop at the other location don’t use the Pharmacy. My reason for that the Police were called it was recorded that Pharmacist severely verbally abused me. I have a Mental Illness, I’m disabled. I won’t be getting my prescriptions here anymore. A Store Manager recommended that I don’t. I will be receiving it in the mail or take my business elsewhere. I got very sick yesterday, from the stress of the negative interaction. I’m sorry that the Marsh St. location is so, unprofessional.

The location is convenient but not worth the disrespectful manner in which you will be treated. Had a horrible experience, in which not only did he refuse to have the most common level of courtesy-such as listening to the questions I had-but went out of his way to let me know he felt I was wasting his time. The pharmacist said we open @ 9am, we need time to process this prescription. His eyes looked over worked and tired. He was angry, like I am supposed to know the prescription was due to be refilled today. Most of my prescriptions are electronic so it’s hard to tell when it ready. I said to him wis there a problem? What is the problem? He looked at the computer and said no problem. I usually go in to see if it’s ready and if its not no big deal I will come back tomorrow.I am not a child, please treat and speak to me with respect. I have had great conversations with the pharmacist before. Maybe this was an off day? Either way the customer service was definitely lacking here. I know he has to put up with tons of people demanding refills asap, must be tiring. However let us be real here, talk to me like a child, bad all around.

Worst pharmacy ever.
My goodness this CVS Pharmacy has continuously exhibited the lowest level of professionalism, customer service, and operation I have ever seen. I’m confident the only reason they are still in business serving customers is because there are so few other pharmacies in SLO.
While I have never used this pharmacy, my wife has a condition that can be life-threatening without a medication that they don’t always have in stock. This pharmacy manages to do something wrong at least half the time. I’ve gone with her numerous times and their customer service is a hit-or-miss depending on who you get. I’ve seen them give the wrong prescription, incorrect amounts, not have it in stock when they said they did, and not give the full order if I am picking up the prescription for her.
Most recently, Janet, was at the counter when I arrived; she made eye contact, did not acknowledge me, and continued checking out the woman who was at the counter in front of me. She was checking out her entire shopping cart while her dog walk around the counter. The other pharmacy workers didn’t take notice, say anything, or acknowledge me. I stood in line for 10 min while items were taken from the cart and were spread across two counters. After she slowly packed up her purchase and left the counter, Janet moved left the counter and started doing something else before acknowledging me. When she called me up she took my wife’s name, entered it in the computer, and moved away to get the prescription. When she came back she did offer for me to see the pharmacist as she completed the transaction – one positive. Since she walked off, I took the receipt myself, said goodnight, and left. When I got home my wife said it was the wasn’t the whole prescription – they didn’t fill the prescription she needs to survive! She called and they said they didn’t have any in stock – they said none of this to me. The pharmacist looked around and said they had a few samples she could have until the medication arrived. My wife went back and got the entire prescription filled. Why didn’t they fill it when I was there, look for it, or say they didn’t have it in stock? Why didn’t they tell my wife the truth? This is a poorly run pharmacy.
This was a big waste of our time. They hardly provided customer service to me and did not check the order when I was there. To my wife they told her they didn’t have any in stock but then happened to find a whole bottle for her when she arrived. This is unacceptable and there should be a zero stars option.
I went to pick up some prescription from the pharmacy today. The person named George behind the register was rude and it seemed like the customers were bothering him. When I went up he was working on school work and not focusing on his job. I had to give him my name 3 times and birthday 2 tines cause he wasn’t pay attention. He finally handed me 2 of my medications and then I had to bring up there were 3 medications not 2. Had I not said something I wouldn’t have known the 3rd was out of stock and would be in tomorrow. He didn’t mention it once and when he did tell me it was out of stock it was with an attitude. This is why I have switched my medications from this pharmacy cause this person is rude everytime I have had an interaction with him. When I left I went and said something to the pharmacist and the store manager. I honestly don’t know how it’s appropriate for someone to be doing non-work related projects at work especially when there are 8+ people standing in line! This person either needs to not be working with customers or fired because George is not making people feel welcomed or wanting to come back to this CVS!
3 stars. Was at this pharmacy last week to pick up my grandmas medications and the obese lady at the counter was rude and told the medications were on hold. I asked why and said she didn’t know. She called over one of the techs. Wow, short beautiful girl with highlights. Pretty eyes too. I think the fat girl called her Anna. She was really nice. She explained the prescriptions had expired and asked permission to request refills from the doctor. I would go back to this pharmacy, not to pick up medications but just to see the pretty girl 😍 haha
To the pharmacist and all the store team are incredible!!

45 minutes on hold with no answer when called. When I did headed in the pharm tech had such a rude condescending attitude telling me why they couldn’t help. If you can, stay away, they really have earned their 1 star reviews.
