Literally never write reviews but this one was well warranted. The women in the pharmacy are SO rude. Extremely unfriendly and entitled. I was nice every time I went and whenever anyone would ask questions they would just stare at the customer as if you were annoying them. They make fun of customers and will speak to you with a catty attitude. The last time I was there they said some cruel comments about a customer who was mentally handicapped. It’s CVS but they love to act like they’re filling prescriptions at Stanford, like please… Go to a different CVS and save yourself the hassle and bad experience.By Rachel (5 months ago)This review is solely for the vaccination at this CVS location.
Good: -Easy to reserve appointment through their website.
-Seperate window just for Vaccination, so likely no waiting in the line.
-Clean and well maintained store.
-Pharmacist was very prompt and kind.Bad: Nothing bad to say really but I wish they would show expiration dates on the box and ask if there is any info I need to ask before just pulling out the shot. It is alwaya recommended you check the box yourself and even keep the info slip of the shots you get these days.
Conclusion: I would use this location again for any vaccination needed in the future.💗

If anyone that is in charge of CVS pharmacies is reading this, please send help to this pharmacy. Here are the things that they have done to me repeatedly over the past 3 years; receive prescriptions that were supposed to be ready in 5 hours and not fill them until I arrive 15 hours later. Text me saying specifically that all my prescriptions are ready, and then I arrive and some of them are not. Also, the staff have been very rude when I call to ask if they can confirm that my prescription is physically ready to be picked up and doesn’t just say that in the system. I don’t know what they heck is going on over there, but the service has been consistently poor for the whole 3 years I have been using this pharmacy.
Rude pharmacy! I would give no star to pharmacy. She is just plain rude! Who knows more about a person’s health? A Person’s primary Dr. Or a Pharmacist? Rude to the elderly people and its so sad! In front of everyone! I do want to say store staff is friendly! But go to the pharmacy it’s like a whole other rude world!!!
Anna, one of the managers accosted me today while I was standing in the store observing product to make a purchase. She has a very aggressive attitude, is extremely rude and needs to go to some sensitivity training. Her treatment of me felt like a racial issue she has.
Called for a prescription due the SAME DAY. Was told “you shouldn’t be out of your medication. You have to wait! Go ahead and call when the pharmacist is here. I’m NOT filling your prescription! You should be fine all day!”
Rude staff and will NOT recommend this place to anyone that doesn’t like to be harassed.
My personal life has nothing to do with medication I’m supposed to pick up THAT SAME DAY.
CVS: HIRE PROPER WORKERS WHO DON’T TAKE OUT FRUSTRATIONS ON CUSTOMERS. A LOT OF THESE 1 STAR REVIEWS ARE PROOF THAT THIS CVS HAS SOMETHING WRONG. FIX IT OR YOU WILL LOSE MORE CUSTOMERS.

EDIT: After talking with the East Laurel CVS, they were able to fill my prescription with zero hassle. More proof the S. Main location is broken with extremely rude people. Not to mention it affects the workers that DO treat customers with respect.
CVS company seems like it’s just abandoning the S. Main location lol.
Very poor pharmacy service in store and over the phone which wait is usually more than 45 minutes on hold.
