I wish I could give this CVS zero stars. There is one older woman who works in the pharmacy and is the rudest individual I’ve ever. She doesn’t speak. She throws your stuff in a bag and in the slot and doesn’t say so much as one word. Not a thank you, not a screw you… nothing. She takes her sweet time like there aren’t already 76 cars in line and like we all have nothing better to do than to wait here for an hour. I realize that it’s difficult to find help, but good grief! The other day I was picking up a prescription that was expensive and was not covered by my Insurance carrier. He took the initiative to go online and get a coupon for the medication they cut the cost more than 50%. He then came out of the pharmacy to show me over the counter medication‘s that I needed. While this pharmacy does seem to be understaffed the employees have always worked hard and politely. What I appreciate most is that they will fill your prescription quickly while you wait (15-20 minutes) and *usually* have my medication in stock (it’s rare and most pharmacies do not).
note to CVS Corporate — Get your people here some more help before you lose them!
AVOID THIS CVS! Went to pick up pictures. Stood at the register for a long time, while 5 employees just looked at me. When someone finally said to me, “what do you want”…she got my pictures, making it clear I was an inconvenience. She handed me the pictures and walked away. I thought she would be right back for me to pay, but she disappeared. Then someone else walked by and just said, “use the self checkout, we are busy”. This is not the first time this has happened and will be my last time ever going to this CVS. What is the point of having employees if they don’t want to work, make your customers feel unwelcome and clearly will not help you. (Note: I watched 3 other customers walk out because they could not get help while I was waiting to pick up my pictures.)
Worst CVS pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Avoid if possible. Incompetent, slow, and almost always understaffed. Today I was on hold for 20 minutes and nobody answered. Their drive thru was broken again too. There’s a couple of techs who appear smarter than some of the pharmacists.
Giving 3 stars only because the pharmacist/pharm techs are super nice and helpful. 3 stars because cvs staff are rude, never around, and cvs can never seem to have a working bathroom. And I have been going in for a months at a time. Parking lot and pharmacy drive through is fullllll of litter. I know it’s not staff doing that but it’s always nasty.
I would go there for pharmacy needs only. Anything else go somewhere else
Unbelievable with the pharmacy drive thru service. I been waiting almost 30min and still nothing. They really need to have more the 3 ppl working just to keep the line flowing.
