I can’t say much bad about the store as I do not use it for the pharmacy but it’s extremely clean and open and the staff seem to be very cordial. The one bad thing I can say is that they do not offer much of anything. Although the staff are friendly and professional, the management of this location leaves something to be desired. Most significantly, the drive through is subject to rather appalling wait times. This is due to a policy that allows patrons to use what should be a quick-service option to instead submit, dispute, and wait for prescriptions to be filled. A more sensible approach would be to direct patrons without prescriptions ready to pick up to go inside. Lines are long and inconvenient, but clearly not the fault of the agreeable, helpful service providers. If idle hands are the devil’s gymnasia, idling engines are Satan’s NASCAR raceways. Yes, I typed this whilst waiting nearly twenty minutes for my (I counted) 40 second transaction. Management, please review your procedures. The employees are awesome, unfortunately Loomis decided to pull a gun on me simply for asking I’d them blocking handicapped parking us legal. Which is absolutely not. Not only did they pull a gun, they lied to the police and told them he only pulled it after I jumped out of my car.
So on 6-23-22, I drove by and there was a brinks truck. So thanks for listening…
Terrible pharmacy hours. Patients can’t get their medication due them being gone at all hours of the day. Their hours do not line up with what the website says. Their hours change all the time. My family and I have been a long term customer there for years until today. I had a surgery but couldn’t get my controlled medication due to them CLOSING AT 1:30 on Fridays?? I had no other choice but to be in excruciating pain due to this neglect. I understand there’s a pharmacy tech shortage, but other pharmacies are keeping up with their demand and taking care of patients properly. We went the next day to pick up at 9 am like the website says but TURNS OUT they don’t open UNTIL 10am on Saturdays. This is absolutely ridiculous. This store has not only lost me as a customer but all my family and friends, and I RECOMMEND for your own good, to not send your medication to this so called “pharmacy”. My after surgery experience went TERRIBLE because of this neglect on CVS behalf as a whole company
Always been kind. To get good prices you need the cvs card and hold onto and use receipt coupons.
