Don’t waste your time with the pharmacy. Spent the whole day trying to get pharmacy to send over prescription to a different location who has the medication I needed. Finally got a hold of them after four 45 min dropped calls. They said they would send fax asap 3 hrs later nothing. The management is great at gaslighting the customer here. before you get your order fulfilled they ask you a bunch of questions are you sure this is the right CVS are you sure you put the order in are you sure this is the right place.. etc
then they tell you the order is not there oh no we don’t have that last name here ..

Not only did they mess up on my photo prints (and they messed up royally), the manager put up an attitude when I asked to shred them myself. They already lost my trust with messing up a rather simple photo order and then he proceeds to say “ nevermind, not gonna argue over it” as he swiftly slid over the photo package with me and interrupts me while I try to explain why I want to shred myself. I am given 5 star because I used to have the RX insurance with them, and the service is very fast and helpful. Now, I have Walgreens compared to them; it is on top. Also, rewards for cvs are good. I recommend this place for business and fast service 👌
The pharmacy is trash. Went in for my prescription and they did not want to give it to me. My doctor had to call them in order for them to give me my prescription. Seems like they do this every time. Never get your prescriptions sent to this store because you will definitely have issues receiving them.
Clean store. Friendly staff. Occasionally there would be long wait lines depending on the time of day. Otherwise, this is the best CVS location to refill prescriptions at the pharmacy.
We love to come to CVS on hatch Rd in Ceres CA. Anicia is a wonderful worker she always does extra to help customers to reach your savings she is always willing to help her customers.
