It hurts my brain how slow and incapable they are. I’ve been waiting for over a month to get my prescription and they are difficult in every way imaginable. They were great!By Robert I (4 months ago)Literally every single time I try to get a prescription filled here I run into a problem, created by the pharmacy staff. Not over exaggerating, it is always this specific CVS that makes life that much more inconvenient.
Recent episode: get a text that my prescriptions are done. Drive up to the window and ask for my prescriptions. Get told that only one of them is filled. Ask them why that is. Told that it’s because the pharmacist has a problem with what I’m taking and that they have to call my doctor or I could speed it up if I call my doctor….now I understand a pharmacist has earned multiple degrees and know way more about medications and body chemistry than myself. I understand it’s their job to make sure a costumer is receiving the right medication and isn’t harmful to them. The problem I have, is that I was never called prior to going to pick up the prescriptions that the pharmacist has an issue. If you have a question, call the patient, call the doctor, be proactive. Don’t just sent a text notification that you’ve filled an order, but in reality you were too lazy to do your job. Like it’s a joke to them.
Most recent episode: Got another text saying my prescription was filled. Went to the drive thru window, only to be told that my prescription wasn’t filled and that it would be ready in 15 minutes. I leave, and purposefully come back 2 hours later – to give them extra time in case it got ‘unusually busy’ again. Drive up and the prescriptions are still not ready. I’m embarrassed to say I had a fit..Felt bad for the pharmacy tech, because I’m assuming it’s not their fault….entirely. However it worked, they filled them on the spot. I guess in hindsight, don’t trusts the pharmacy texts they send out….always call ahead prior to going to pick up prescription.

Does corporate care anything about performance and professionalism at this location? In desperate need of new leadership, and especially inventory management. I just moved close, and it’s the most convenient location for simple necessities. I think I’ve stopped here maybe 5 or 6 times throughout the summer, they have been out of EVERYTHING I’ve needed. Talk to an associate for some accountability, and they just have a dismissive attitude. Hopefully they just shut this joint down. It barely serves it’s purpose as a pharmacy, it’s an even worse convenience/department store! Tonight, I stopped at this location to leverage the UPS Access Point and drop off a few packages. He refused to accept the packages and, while cursing my coming in, he was trying to close early. Of the time he stated was true (it was certainly not), I would imagine the doors should have been locked for being after hours. He stated my only option was to just give him the packages and he might scan tomorrow, but based on this interaction, there was no reason to trust that he would. He had no name on his name badge so I may express my experience with customer service and, when I queried, he wanted to be very clear that he was the store manager and there was nobody to escalate to. I am just recovering from being recently hospitalized and did not want to get into an argument. I purchased some bread a couple of weeks ago and it was moldy days before expiration. Today I thought to give it another chance. I stood at the self-checkout for five minutes waiting for help with an item. A customer who sounded a later alert was assisted first and I was totally ignored. I get being overworked or not noticing but service is consistently bad here. I left my things and walked out. I don’t plan to come back.
Worst unprofessional service ever received at this pharmacy. The pharmacist and associate working at the time I came to pick up my prescription were loudly fighting over scheduling and were very blunt/rude when communicating with me about my information for my prescription pick up.
Don’t bother. The pharmacists have never been pleasant or helpful. Just go to Walgreens across the street. It also sucks but less lol.
Gone are the days. Walgreens is not what it was. Going to the pharmacy used to make me feel better. Not after looking at who hands you the bag.
Yikes. The attitude over the phone was extremely rude. I’m guessing it was super busy and stressful, but I wish it hadn’t been directed at me (just called to ask about a RX).
