  1. If I could give them less than 1 star I would have. Their pharmacy is the worse. Do not believe the timeframe that they say the meds will be ready, was supposed to ready an hour ago yet I am still here waiting. The staff doesn’t seem to work with a sense of urgency. This has not been a good experience. CVS needs to do better…

  2. I had the worst experience ever dealing with the customer service at this pharmacy! It was my first time picking up a prescription here at CVS on 301 Andrew HWY, Midland,TX. I went to pickup a prescription and was told to come back in 15 mins. Never once was I told they would be taking a break at 1:30pm. or did I see a sign at the Drive thru. about break time hours. When I had return the blinds where down. I could see two people inside so I figured I had to go inside.
As I approached the pharmacy clerk I explained to her I was here to pickup a prescription. She rudely told me. ” Come back at 2pm.” then I explained to her, ” I was told to come back in 15 mins.” She rudely told me, ” Well your 15 mins is up. Come back at 2pm.”
I asked to speak to a manager. I was told the G.M wasn’t available. I had no choice, but to come back at the time they had rudely told me.
I waited in the drive thru. and at 2:03 pm another clerk helped me.
I asked her could I have the name of your manager. She asked, if I wanted to speak with her. I told her no. I just wanted their names.
The manager came to the window. I explained to her that her employee was being rude and never once did they informed me on their times for break. She simply ignored what I had told her and told me I should’ve looked at the sign in the front of the building or looked online for the hours.
I simply explain to her I drive up and used the drive thru and nowhere did I see a sign about break time hours.
She replied back saying I should’ve known their break times hours its been the same for years.
The issue that she simply missed was her employee was being rude and instead of addressing the issue with a simple apology which would’ve done. Instead she just keep giving me excuses.
Towards the end I had asked for her name and her other employee. She refused to give up her name or the other employer name after I told her I wanted to speak with her general manager tomorrow. Honestly from the experience I had today and reading other peoples’s reviews I refuse to ever use their pharmacy again.

  3. I showed up before they opened and waited for them. Just to be told it’s going to take about 3 hours told asked if it can be done any sooner the ladies said we can get it done in a hour so I sat in my car. Waiting 3 hours still not done so I went inside. Staff and head pharmacist. Is so ridiculous rude and racist. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

  4. Was told a prescription would be ready in one hour… ( We would have just gone home if we had known what a fiasco this would become) Two hours later they had my pregnant daughter still standing in line.. Then told her it still wasn’t ready. One cashier literally walked away when she tried to ask if it was ready after sitting for ANOTHER hour IN THE STORE. Cashier said Medicaid would not cover the prescription… But would not even look to see if her updated Medicaid card was on file….so she finally just paid so she could go home. It’s iron pills… Just iron pills She needs until she can get a transfusion😳🙄 another in a long line of disappointing customer service…neither of us have the energy for this company any more.

  5. Went through drive thru was told I had to come inside so they could process my insurance. I went inside and was completely ignored by 4 associates. I stood there for almost half an hour and still nobody has helped me. This store should really train their employees on customer service. It sucks that we already going through health issues. Hint: we’re here to pick up meds to just be mistreated and ignored by your staff!

I gave this place a second star because I like the people there. They are genuinely kind and are trying to help. However, there simply aren’t enough people working in the pharmacy. That means that phone calls routinely aren’t answered and I have to show up in person to answer basic questions. That always takes an extended period of time, an it takes an exceedingly long time to fill even very simple prescriptions. The people are great, but there aren’t near enough of them.

    Update below:

Never answer the phone. I have been in the pharmacy WAITING and listening to the pharmacy phone ring forever while it is ignored.

Update: stood in line for 20 minutes on Thanksgiving eve. Pharmacist said it would be a while. Tech said come back in an hour. So in frustration I just went to another pharmacy to get what we had to have. Fast forward to Thanksgiving day and about 10am pharmacist rings my doorbell and delivers all prescriptions. The pharmacist himself! We were totally impressed.

I get that the pharmacy is understaffed, but our medication is literally never ready unless we wait their for it. Ive dropped off, refilled through the app, etc and every time I’ve had to come back and wait in person. I’ve even been forgotten about just walking around the store trying to be patient.. even tried applying as a tech to help out.. after 6months of disappointment, I finally transferred my prescriptions to HEB and am saving over $100 BEFORE insurance on just one of my medications.
I’ve been a long time CVS member, transfering from California as well and having the Carepass. This location got me to switch pharmacies and cancel my subscription altogether… wish I could leave a better review. I mean people are nice.

WORST PHARMACY EVER!!!! They never answer the phone. When they do, they just immediately put you on hold and never come back (I wait for 30-40 minutes every time and still no one comes back). They say they’re ordering my medicine and then never do. They file insurance wrong. Seriously, how is this place even open!!!??? And how can a store operate with such a level of incompetence without doing it on purpose!?

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve dealt with. I thought I’d try a new one since it couldn’t be much worse than the others in town. Wrong. My prescription was sent there and it took them over a week to fill it and they kept saying it was ready and to go pick it up. I get there, waste my time in line, just for them to tell me it still isn’t ready. It seems like they go out of their way to waste your time. Also, they will keep you on hold for 20+ minutes.

Just horrible! Left the phone on while I drove 4 miles to the store and asked if they left the phone ringing for 25 minutes without picking up, and the convenient answer was oh our phones don’t work. So I guess there’s no way for anyone to know this until you get here so don’t waste your time calling. The lady behind the counter just rolled her eyes. Super typical of service, lately.

Provider and nurse at minute clinic on 42nd are amazing! The provider asked lots of questions and provided health insights during my covid testing. Checked vitals etc. Thank you both for your patience and care.

Wish I could leave negative 5 stars…. But let me tell you a little bit about my experience with this lovely pharmacy. The first 2 times I had my children’s medication filled here and they forget to mix it. I live about 20 mins away and i get all the way home to give my children their medicine only to find powder… they were not mixed…
The third time I waited over 40 minutes in the drive through only to pick up my meds and for the girl to staple my debit card to the bag and destroy my card because the staple went right through the chip!
The last and finale straw was when my mother filled her medication and they lost it. My mom went to go pick up her pain medication (controlled substance) and low and behold the prescription was missing… she was notified it was filled and ready for pick up but when she got there they couldn’t find it.
This place is a joke! The worst customer service not to mention the pharmacist himself was one of the rudest people i have ever met!

Tried calling to see why a prescription wasn’t being filled and I always have problems with CVS messing up my prescriptions and was on hold for 28 minutes before I hung up. This is ridiculous. Went to the store and found that there’s no one in the drive-through line and or in the store. CVS Used to be one of the best pharmacies and has gone downhill.

CVS doesn’t deserve 1 star, they are the worst. I got a text saying my prescriptions were ready, I drive there only to find out that CVS claims only 1 of 4 prescriptions is what they have and that I would need to wait an hour for it. I said there should be 4 meds called in. The cashier as she called herself said “that’s the only think I see, you need to call your doctor “ of course by now it’s after 5pm and the doc ofc is closed. The next day I call the doc and they said all 4 were called but they would call again. I wait 39 minutes on the phone only to be hung up on. CVS IS A MESS AND I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. They get everything wrong!!!! And they never answer the phone!!!
