The self-checkout register says on the screen to scan any item to begin, but apparently you need to scan your CVS card first, resulting in the machine refusing to accept your CVS card and any CVS coupons after you have begun. There is no “cancel” feature on the screen to stop and restart the checkout process. The screen should say that if you have a CVS card to scan it to begin. I have been going this pharmacy for years never had a problem before. 6 months ago I called in for a refill and the pharmacist on stated that he couldn’t refill it because the system was saying I needed to bill my primary insurance. So I called to ALL the insurance companies I had and asked them what was going on. To my knowledge I only had 1 insurance coverage and my insurance company confirmed. Now when I spoke to someone at CVS pharmacy (Steven the pharmacy manage) he said that my insurance company would have to call them to get it straightened out. I have had 4 different people call CVS to get it fixed. This last time when my insurance company called (Steven) had an attitude. Now let me tell you I called into the store just recently to ask if I had ANY refills the pharmacist on shift (Falguni Patel) all she was very disrespectful from the first question I asked her. When I explained everything to her as to what was going on she again was very rude and disrespectful to the point that she was yelling at me when I tried to ask her another question she hung up on me. So I then proceeded to go to the store to get her information to file a complaint with the state board as well as with her supervisor she yelled at me again while I was in the store. More then once I have gone there and my prescription is not ready even after I have called to make sure it was. The company has grown to fast and has not kept up. With the gas prices how many times do people have to drive there sit in line, only to not have your stuff ready. Then they think its ok for you to go back to the back of the line and wait again. Then they want you to join a club to get your prescription sent for free, it is not free. So many of those things have to be physically picked up. I have received text messages asking if I want something filled only for it not be filled and then you sit on their eternal hold. Scale back and go back to the customer service people use to enjoy. I have been with you for many years. You have people doing to much on short time.
The cashier that is working is always so rude. Never greets anyone and acts like he is so annoyed to help anyone. It’d every time I’ve been in there and he is working. A simple hello goes a long way. If you hate people find another job.
It says pharmacy is 24 hours. We went to drive thru at 1:15pm finally got to window at 1:30pm and they closed the window. I was upset cause I was barefoot. But went inside anyway.Also closed. I knocked and told them I’ve been in the drive thru line for 15 min. And I want my grandsons meds. Would not get them for me. I have to wait a half hour. For lunch to be over. Really 24 hrs.?????false advertising
Get here at 2 and they have waited to fill it. It’s gonna be another 20 minutes. Meanwhile my grandson needs his meds.
Every single time I go to get my prescription I wait hours before picking it up and then when I get there I wait in a 20 minute line just to be told I need to wait 15 minutes. Why do I need to wait 15 minutes when I’ve already waited 5 hours to get the med????? So today I was like I’m not wasting my time so I called the store and told them I’d be on my way and they told me it would be ready by 5:30 so I got there at 6 and sure enough they said another 15 minutes!!!! At this point they’re delaying people’s care by not getting people their meds! I already waited 4-5 hours before even trying to pick it up! It should have been done by now absolutely ridiculous
The clinic was disgusting not clean at all you can see black on floor finger prints all over the cabinets even the printer had dust buildup the equipment was dirty my kids was sick going in I’m afraid of what we may take with us going out .. 70th n O clean so clean it shines
