  1. I’m all the way in North Carolina, but these hardworking employees are better than me! As someone who has worked in retail for way too many years, I would’ve cussed out that man showing up 1 minute before closing. Good on them!

  2. This is my go-to drugstore in my neighborhood. Staff keeps it tidy and well stocked, are kind, and keep a great attitude. Chris in particular is wonderful and makes a point to chat with me when I see him and it brightens my day. This is a hardworking team!

  3. Management actually cares about their employees and ensures their safety and well-being to the best of their ability. They don’t allow themselves and their colleagues to be overstepped by karens with a phone trying to degrade and disgrace them by making them look bad for their own poor decisions. Please show this store and its employees how amazing they are!

  4. I’m sure I’m the millionth person to come here from the TikTok of the man harassing employees locking the doors 62 seconds early. But good on them for caring for the security and safety of their employees!!! I live in Canada but I 10000% wish I could come and bring all these employees coffees for how hard they work

  5. I want to applaud the manger and the employees from that one tik tok video for how they handle the whiny customer that threw a temper tantrum over not being allowed into the store 1 minute till closing. You guys rock and all deserve a raise because no one should have to go through what you guys did, and even have that experience posted to social media. I really hope you guys never have to see that guy.

Very rude stuff! And they don’t greet you or thank you just throws your medicine at you and that’s it not even have a nice day nothing smh worse customer treatment I’ve ever seen very sad! No wonder people don’t go to CVS if you go to Walgreens the lines are always backed up all day! The stuff are very nice and warm welcoming every single time. They smile at you greet you and thank you. Walgreens stuff are always upbeat!

Not to mention the lack of help from the employees there specifically an older Hispanic lady who was just walking around oblivious. Very frustrating !!

This is the worst experience with #cvs my whole life, the pharmacist Jenisha Yun, shouldn’t be in this position, terrible attitude cold and rude, when she’s dealing with people (specially with spanish people) who needs their medication, she acts with not disposition, in any way shape or form, to better any small situation, in the process to get their medication, #CVS you’re better than that, for 30 years I have been your costumer, this is not a good business.

This pharmacy is a huge pain to deal with. Every time I try to get a prescription filled there is some issue they make up that requires me to call my doctor back so that they can deal with this pharmacy. Several doctors offices I have been to have even described them as incredibly difficult to deal with.

Checked in at least 10 minutes before my online appointment for COVID booster & flu shots. Unfortunately, had to wait more than 40 minutes before getting my shots because online check-in did not register so they say. Good thing I asked one of the associates as she walked by or I’ll still be waiting.

Lea Ramos is a very aggressive and combative nurse. I came in with a swollen throat, nose and ears. I have major sinus pressure. Chest is heavy from coughing and coughing up flem.
She sits down and asked me what I needed. I explained I believed I had a sinus infection. She then, turns her chair and aggressively tells me NOT to tell her what I have. OK, no problem. She then tells me she has to test me for covid and strep. I came back negative for both. I am coughing, chest pain, no sneezing hard time breathing, I lost voice. I ask her can she please prescribe me something for my infection and cough and pain. She tells me no and prescribes me prednisone steroid. I already take prednisone for my condition. I already us an inhailer for my asthma. I already use a nasal spray prescribed by my allergy specialist. I left CVS with a prescription for prednisone. I work outside from 4pm -11pm, nightly. I have now woken up in more pain. Coughing harder and coughing dark green. My nasal passages on one side is almost swollen shut. My ears are clogged. I called the CVS hotline and they transferred me to the nurse on duty today. She tells me I probably have a common cold and I don’t need anti-biotics. I have to be back to work in a few hours outside and I have not even been given cough medicine or anything to help me. Going to the minute clinic is an awful option if you have healthcare. I have never been treated so aggressively and poorly while sick. I am aware what a common cold is. What I have is not a cold. I am now heading back to wor outside without any relief. I am currently taking Claritin D to help with sinus pressure. I work 7 days a week. Time is precious when you are looking to get help fast before work. I will never make this mistake again.

This CVS has over 25 minutes phone wait. They also do not notify customers when their RX’s are ready. Theyshould hire more employees to such high demand.
    Very Poor Custoeet Service.

CVS Minute Clinic provided me excellent care when I needed a quick appt for treating a bad cold. Made 2 visits and both times interacted w/ NP’s who were most courteous caring and professional
I am very happy w/ CVS MINUTE CLINIC

@rcsimon Great place, by far it’s been the biggest CVS that I’ve seen. Vast selection of items, I was able to just go in real quick and grab my stuff. The only thing that I would suggest a change is the entrance of the doors, I didn’t know if to enter her to come in or to come out the doors did not open so they just want to make sure that those doors are open for the people walking in and the people walking out as well, it was a little tricky to come in, so specifying how it works and what entrance is to you and make it more clear to use would be great. Also the people were hopeful and is soon as I came in they gave me the section number and I was able to just go in and out, the print receipt is a little bit long since I have the points and stuff so it was very long for them to print out but either way I’m really grateful and I appreciate your help and for the employees to know exactly where it was. The other thing was that they welcomed me right of the entrance and I appreciate that as customer service. So I thank you so much again and can’t wait to continue to go to CVS and everyone knows the attention of Siri yes and how the Yaris so I continue to support them I continue to just recommend it to any person that needs it, it’s obviously Well known nationwide so I continue to just support anyone that is with good customer service and as well treated the ones that are not I am very blunt I have and I’m very real of in terms of reviews but this one is very deserving of a high review. Thank you very much
