This CVS building is located at the busy Eastchester Dr right opposite Giannos restaurant. My recommendation to get in and out of this location from N. Centennial St rather than the busy Eastchester Dr. The store is clean and very organized. Due to COVID, it sure is experiencing shortage of staff. The black lady running the cash register in the front of the store, should be fired! Bad attitude ! Could tell she didn’t want to be there! Rude to me and rude to the people in front of us! She didn’t want to use the cash register! Self service only ! This is the reason I’m complaining! There are other drug stores that appreciate their customers!
The landscaping is terrible! Leaves everywhere…trees growing out of the bushes you have! Evident that this has not been tended to recently, if ever! Trees need trimming back!

You can’t shop in peace because there is always someone following you around the store and and watching you pretending they’re not. I have videos to prove it. Believe me. Instead of telling the parents that they are not able to convert or get a medication in liquid form, they just repeatedly said they never received the script. 2 week delay in starting a medication because of this. By Mrs. Stephine Scearce (Stephanie) (a year ago)I went through the drive-thru to fill a prescription and a gentleman by the name of Andrew came to the window with a big smile on his face and a very pleasant attitude.I handed him my prescription and after he took a look at what I needed, he immediately went to work to see how he could best fill the prescription for me. My doctor had filled out the scrip to where it could be filled with a less expensive generic substitute, but the generic wasn’t stocked by them and would take a while to come in (and in their defense for not having the generic alternative, I wouldn’t imagine Epi pens are in very high demand).
He quickly did some research for me and directed me to go to the manufacturers website and fill out the info for a coupon and then punched it into the pharmacy’s system. I have good private insurance and even with insurance the product would’ve cost me $250 out of pocket, but after Andrew’s legwork and the resulting coupon, I got the medicine for FREE!
I’ve always had pleasant experiences at this pharmacy, and this experience solidified me being a customer for life.

Pharmacy staff very unhelpful with trying to get COVID booster. In pharmacy, staff available (7) no other customers in site. Called Walgreens who were very helpful and got us in without ANY hassle.
RUDE! The employees here at both pharmacy and checkout are so incredibly rude and inconsiderate. The attitudes are nasty!
Good signage. It was very easy to find what I needed, and there were several good choices to choose from.
The pharmacy staff was beyond helpful. I spent all morning on Thanksgiving trying to find an open urgent care for my 10 month old. Waited an hour before we were seen, then medication was sent to the Walgreens in High Point. Once I got there I was told they were out of stock of the antibiotic I needed. I called CVS, they checked, confirmed they had it in stock, and even called Walgreens to get the prescription from them, then filled it for me, all very quickly. They went above and beyond what they had to do to help me, and I am forever grateful for those employees, who were working on Thanksgiving Day!
The staff at this pharmacy location are incredibly rude! I understand they’re busy but please don’t take it out on the customer. My husband waited an hour for his prescription to be filled, after they told him they’d fill it “now” he waited an hour. Finally he went back to check on it and they told him they only had one of the prescriptions in stock. Why not tell him before he had to get up and ask? Or why not say its going to take 30-60mins to fill so that he didn’t have to sit there and wait an hour? He was the only one at the pharmacy waiting, why wouldn’t they give him priority. Very inconsiderate folks at this pharmacy. And when I fill my Rx at this pharmacy, they no longer call you when it’s ready. But they randomly call you about prescriptions you haven’t used in years! I only use this location for convenience but going to drive the extra 10 minutes to go to a different one.
