Been with Cvs for years and never had issues until this year. Service has become very poor and employees are not helpful whatsoever. A prescription was called in for me and Cvs said it would be ready end of day and when i went they said its not done yet so i told them i would come back. I went back the next day and then they said they have no prescription listed for me at all and told me to call my doctor to get it called in again so i did. Came back for the THIRD time and they said there is nothing for me again and wouldn’t help me get my medication. On top of all this they also delete my insurance from my profile multiple times so i have to wait in line for that too. What a dope show this pharmacy is!! 6:50pm and just got out of there at 8:00pm, for a bottle of cream!! And it really seems (A) they are very unorganized and (B) zero customer service skills like they’re all jaded?! (C)
With 5 employees too, it seemed one was doing the window for drive thru well. Slow would be an understatement for the other 4 for sure. These people need to ether grow up or find another career you are not capable of doing this. You call them they tell you one thing and when you get there they tell you another. And for those that go through a lot with them we should all be saying something so we can correct services that our insurance pay for. I would leave but my insurance have a contract with CVS that does not allow me to leave and that sucks.

I asked to get something behind a locked case and the guy just rolled his eyes and walked away when he was already next to me to begin with. Dude really rolled his eyes and said nah. Decided to help other people and kept making excuses when I asked him for a 3rd time to assist me with opening the case.
Other lady at the front was unfriendly and kept saying stuff under her breath.
15 minutes just to get 1 thing. Whoever was working on 6/1/2022 at 4pm, get it together.

I took off a point because I ordered a photo to magnet And they did a really bad job applying the photo on the magnet ; it was all crooked and not centered. I’m sure they would have made it right had I said something which I didn’t. It wasn’t a HUGE deal but it could’ve been better done.
By Kevin Daniel (a year ago)I like the cvs the location and hours are convenient, the employees are friendly and helpful, however, I had to minus a star because being the plant lover that i am, I am appalled at their lack of care for the living houseplants they sell. They have cactuses and aloe plants which do fine without water but their other plants look horrible. This CVS Pharmacy is absolutely horrible. It is amazing to me that service could change based on geographical location. Prescriptions are NEVER ready despite CVS sending automated texted indicating they are. A prescription was called in from a physician over five days ago, I go to retrieve it and was told it isn’t ready.
The drive through Clerk said “We have a lot of complaints. A lot of people complain so maybe talk to a manager”. The fact that this is known and nothing has changed regarding service is utterly poor.
Still wish I could rate this store negative stars. They always have a different story as to why prescriptions aren’t ready, they take their sweet time caring for customers and the pharmacists are always hibernating in the back do not speak to customers ever! Awful. Wish i had other options.
I stopped by just to pick up a couple items but unfortunately they did not have one of them. Asking an associate about a particular product who was very helpful. The store wasn’t crowded at all and I was also surprised that they offered self checkout instead of having a person do this. The store also was very clean and organized. I would definitely visit again.
The worst. Pharmacy hangs up on patient calls. No compassion, inconsiderate staff. Go elsewhere if you can.
I feel that retail pharmacies are always getting bad reviews, so I wanted to leave a positive one! This is my new local CVS, I have lived in the area for over a year. I find all of the pharmacy workers to consistently be kind and helpful. They always make good small talk and try to make the experience pleasant. The other staff members have also always been helpful. I have been to take passport photos, print my own photos, and of course bought many random last minute things at the front. I almost always find the employees positive and kind, and I know their jobs are not easy. Love this place and will keep supporting them!
