This review is to pharmacist Chelsey Allen. I came to drop the prescription with my husband and 6 months old daughter at drive thru for the medication Butalb. We requested her can we wait for sometime to pickup the medication. She straight up said you can go to other pharmacy. Without apologizing or giving us explanations saying pharmacy is busy. I had a miscarriage and I was in pain. I was a past CVS employee I exactly know how the policies of CVS work. When someone say they are in pain you make them as priority and ask them to wait in the lobby area for 30 mins. Miss Chelsey mentioned me she needs atleast 1.5 hours to fill 8 tablets of butalb Acetaminophen caffeine . She is lacking Empathy. I understand pharmacies do get busy. But atleast you dont say someone take the prescription to other pharmacy when i said I was in pain in order to get it filled. She didnt even apologize. Horrible staff. I hope the district leader and manager will take a look into this and make sure other customers wont face the same issue.

So I’m thinking I was going to get my medications that night, being that this location closed at midnight. Boy was I sadly mistaken. I pulled up to the drive thru about 25 minutes later, and waited for about 30 minutes just so the guy could tell me that the prescriptions would be ready the next day. So I called ahead of time before leaving my house just to make sure the prescriptions was filled, which I was told they were. So I arrived at the drive thru, and the young lady that assisted me was rude, and acting in a bit of a rush. I still had to wait a few minutes before I was given my prescriptions. So I finally got my prescriptions, and headed home, and noticed when I got home, that some of the liquid medicine had spilled, and the top was loose. I was in so much pain, and could barely talk, that I didn’t even bother to call, but I probably should have called anyway. That particular medication was schedule for 10 days to complete, but I’m on the 8th day, and will run out today. So I called the pharmacy and explained to the lady what happened, and all she could say is that I would need to call my doctor, being that he only prescribed two bottles, which I told her that should have equated to 10 days, but obviously was not. So now you expect for me to pay for the other 2 days I need to complete the 10 days?!! All I know is I better not get reinfected due to negligence with this pharmacy. I will be calling DHEC today to express my concerns, and will NEVER do business with this CVS again! Very rude, and incompetent staff.By Cmichelle Williams (a year ago)on Saturday night at 10 pm, the ER doctor send the prescription to this CVS which is close to the hospital, the doctor told us this CVS will open until midnight, I try to get the prescription right away. after leaving the hospital come to this pharmacy try to pick up the prescription for my 1-year-old son, but find out the pharmacy was close. so I call first things the next morning request transfer prescription to the CVS close to our house because this CVS is 30 minutes away. they refuse to do that, just let me call the pharmacy the one I want to transfer when I called the CVS in the s Batesville rd Greer. they told me, they can’t do that, and they don’t see any of my prescriptions. I made a quick stop here to pick up a few items. The store was very clean, the pharmacy folks were nice and checkout was a breeze. I usually prefer Walgreens but decided to stop in here since the cross street was so busy. I’m very impressed with the cleanliness of the store and kindness of the staff.
I used this location for my family’s prescriptions for nearly three years and have rarely ever had to wait to have them filled.
It’s on one of the busiest intersections, though, so you’ll want to come in from the back at the stoplight if you want to be safe. It can get really tricky to leave during rush hour as well. (This is the main reason for 4 stars.)
The pharmacy staff have always been polite and friendly to me. I’ve never used the drive thru for pickups as I’d prefer to walk in and pick up my prescriptions. The service there is pretty brisk during the day.
The pharmacist here cares. I wasn’t even the patient but overheard her working through a complicated phased dosage with another customer. She actually spent time working through and figuring out the right solution. Excellent patient care!
Sunday October 30th 2022, 4:38pm. Called to have my prescription refilled. Woman answered the phone with an attitude because I didn’t say something immediately. Asked me when I’d like to pick up I said, “today would be okay, but tomorrow is good too” she said “it won’t be ready until 6:30pm, we close at 8” she then proceeds to slam the phone down hard enough for me to hear it, and the call hangs up. I get that we all have bad days and get busy, but if someone is calling in that has nothing to do with it, they shouldn’t have to deal with that.
I have been a customer of CVS pharmacy for many many years. However due to the most recent interaction with this pharmacy over the last 2 months I have transferred all my prescriptions to another pharmacy locally. I would highly suggest everybody else to do the same. I do not want to see anyone go through the difficulties that I was put through on more than one occasion. I was forced to do without my medications on two different occasions unnecessarily. On top of that their employees were very rude condescending and treated me less than a human being.
