WORST CVS in South Florida. I have watched old people walk out crying, they refill wrong prescriptions, they aren’t ready when promised unless you spend hours on the phone waiting for them to finally answer. Do yourself a favor and go to another pharmacy. They have ONE job which is to ensure they provide the right prescription. Instead, they asked me if I could come back in 2 hours (3pm…..) when the prescription was called in at 8am. I had to remove this pharmacy from our options to fill prescriptions. They never pick up the phone, and prescriptions are filled late. Last week, the doctor prescribed a medication, and the pharmacist was supposed to check with the doctor another option for the medication, and I am still waiting for a response. Went for a drive through CoVID self-test at the pharmacy lane. Test was very simple and I got my results in less than 48 hours. Pharmacy staff were very patient and helpful. Will definitely use them again for CoVID testing if the need arises. Be aware that it is a SELF test, you have to swab yourself but simple instructions are sent via email and text message in advance of your appointment and the staff will walk your through it once you arrive.
Two steps forward and 3 back. Second drive through lane is never open. Always some excuse. Lightning. Short staff. Whatever! When you spend thousands a month on medication you should get good service. Now the Pharmacy and the drive through closes for lunch.
Maybe the banks should start closing at lunch too! What a joke! Avoid this place for new prescriptions. You will thank me!

I always come to this CVS to pick up my prescriptions and to buy other store items. The staff is very friendly and ask if you need help and the pharmacy people is very nice and helpful. They go the extra mile to explain prescriptions and to see where you can get a discount. I love it here.
This CVS always has empty shelves, see pics. Go to buy allergy medicine – nope. Want an electric razor? Nope. It’s pretty much like that for everything. And now today I was told they no longer accept Blue Cross Blue Shield. Huh? That’s accepted everywhere- but not at CVS I guess! Finally, who puts carpet on the floor of a store? So trashy, yikes.
Adam at the pharmacy answered my call and was friendly, polite and patient not like other CVS pharmacist. I will be transferring my prescriptions here
