The service is more miss than hit – at the pharmacy that is. At times, you get a decent person at the cashier register, other times, they are simply rude, and I’m not even going to delve into how the pharmacy had me waiting for more than one hour on the phone – on several occasions. Very low level of customer service. Especially when it comes to answering their phones.By Vyna St Phard (4 months ago)The pharmacist at this CVS is notoriously rude. I’ve had to come here multiple times, and each time he is condescending, refuses to help, won’t walk up to a customer to have a quiet conversation, so we have to shout our questions across the pharmacy for all other customers to hear. He clearly doesn’t care about the customer, and is an incredibly poor representation of the company.By Cherie Henning (5 months ago)Kevin is great here, everytime I pick up a prescription late at night he is fast and helpful. He always asks if I have any questions and tells me helpful facts about my medications.By Allison Williams (a month ago)The biggest regret I have after moving to Dallas is tying my prescriptions to this Pharmacy. The people here are rude. They are also so slow In the drive through. I have spent cumulative months of my life in the drive through. Spare yourself the agony.By Tatia Jacobson Jordan (2 months ago)Continuously the worst shopping experience to date. I’ve been to this location twice to find out specs of the store are OUT OF DATE. Could never find help on the floor, and even the cash counters are void of employees. I will never return to another cvs!!By Stu DeWitt (a week ago)

This was a very pleasant experience. I had a prescription filled here due to their location. The pharmacist was courteous and friendly. I was even greeted at the door my another store employee. No complaints here!By Chase Miller (a month ago)This “24hour” CVS is almost always closed after midnight, I do not think this is anything official, that or a staffing issue, also I think because of the area there are concerns of high theft rates late at night and most CVS these days do not have staff at the register most of the time especially during late hours so no one to keep an eye on things as they are doing other stuff around the store like stocking, or receiving merchandise in the back.
The store itself is fine, just like any other random CVS, seems there are a lot of complaints about the pharmacy, I personally have had no experience with them, but I will be sure not to have anything filled there.
By Brent (a month ago)Store is the same as others. Greg was really nice. Good customer service. The store could be a little cleaner and organized but it’s not like I’m staying there for a long time. Get my items and check out. No complaints.By Maka (3 weeks ago)Pharmacy service has improved. Now prescriptions are filled on time & pharmacy staff is polite and friendly. I really appreciate this great improvement. Thank you CVS!By Alexandra E (a month ago)I went there as referral from goodrx prescription. I showed my coupon but vivian ho didnt honor it as it was a screenshot.she asked me to show the coupon in app. I went home, took my wife’s phone and came back to store. Showed the app with the coupon. Still she didnt honor the coupon and I ended up in paying more money. Rude and adamant employees really shows the company’s public image. I won’t visit this pharmacy again. This place is always closed but could see employees inside. Also money order machine is always not working after hours. Employees are asking customers to use self checkout.By Pat Vincent (8 months ago)

That’s it for our list of the best CVS in Dallas TX! If you have any arguments or additional information, please leave a comment. We love to hear from our readers too!
Slow, rude, no customer service. This CVS is across from two excellent pharmacies with pleasant, helpful staff – Walgreens and Tom Thumb. I have switched to them. As a physician, I would never send patients to this CVS.
They deserve zero stars for customer service. I went in to see about a prescription that I had ordered through the app. It was unavailable at this location, but they wouldn’t help me find another CVS with it. I asked again if they could look on the computer and they told me Addison might have it. I called Addison and they did have it but they couldn’t fill it because the Preston CVS didn’t release the prescription. I had to call them back and ask and after she said she released it, I tried to ask why they didn’t do that in the first place and the pharmacist hung up on me. Sadly my insurance is CVS Caremark for prescriptions so I can’t go anywhere else or I would pay more. Next to find a CVS with polite, caring employees.
This CVS pharmacy has the absolute worst attitude in Customer Service. Instead of saying next, please while I waited in line, the associate jerked her head as though I were in line at a prison cafeteria, there was never a greeting or a smile, or a thank you. In processing my multiple prescriptions The associate said “I can’t do the fifth one because I’m having lunch break in two minutes.” These people are the worst.
Very Rude behavior. Both the pharmacy tech and pharmacist. Pharmacy tech said I had no other prescriptions that I’m waiting for. I advised her that the pharmacy employee had told me that I had a prescription coming later this afternoon. She said no that she already looked. I said a prescription was called in on Monday and he told me this morning at 6am it would be in this afternoon. She said he works nights I work days . Then, she says it’s on back order Al this time she is just
Screaming. I said what is it with the attitude and tone ? Spoke with night manager.
If you like waiting 15-30m every time you need a prescription then this is your place! Oh and if you need to request a refill while picking up then you will be asked to step aside and wait some more! And if you complain, the staff will most definitely act like you are crazy for not wanting to wait 30+ mins for prescriptions. And will give you lots of fun attitude!
If I could leave 0 stars I would. This CVS pharmacy has the worst customer service in the world. I will never refill with CVS again.
