Multiple times my doctor has sent over prescription refills and this particular CVS always has some kind of issue where I can’t pick up my meds. The staff is very very rude. You can ask 3 different employees the same question, but get 3 different answers.By Christina G (4 months ago)I had a Pharmacy “tech” or whatever she was shoutout everything about my medication from behind the stand 20 feet away so the entire store could hear her. This was completely unprofessional, embarrassing and as many others heard my medical condition and information is a violation of HIPPA. Apparently they have “temporary store hours this week” and don’t open until 8 this day. 10 min wait not a big deal. Except when I pulled in the person opening the front door was sitting in her car on her phone. I unknowingly walked to the front door behind her and saw her unlocking the door. I walked up and she looked at me without saying a word and went inside. She honestly looked hung over or half asleep. She left the front door open but since she didn’t say anything to me I didn’t know if I could come in or not. It takes 5 seconds to provide good customer service. And while I was waiting to go in another employee ran in what I’m assuming was late. Inside there are boxes everywhere, carts in the aisles, nothing is straightened up. Couldn’t believe how rude Sarah the pharmacy manager was on the phone. We called in to work out a prescription, she talked over and abruptly hung up on us with a “thank you bye” in the middle of a sentence. Called back for her to lie and say we “got disconnected”. Do not get your prescriptions filled here. You will wait a long time. They told me 3 different times, I then waited in line 3 times, and after being told 1 more hour, three times, I left. Overall staff looked helpless. Very frustrating.
Pharmacy does not care at all about their patients. Very long story but in a nutshell my dad was discharged from the hospital to pick up meds at this location in error. We arrived before their lunch hour and they made him wait in the car while they had lunch before they would fill his scripts. We live over 40 minutes away so it wasn’t like it would be feasible to take him home, come back and then drive back to his home and then drive 30 minutes to our home. Seriously when they mean lunch, they mean lunch no matter what
This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with in my LIFE😭 pharmacists literally sound intoxicated over the phone. And they’re SO RUDE for no reason!!!! Spare yourself don’t even go near this place
Get my prescription fill here, sometime line is very long waiting,even when your prescription is available for pick up, easy to wait late hours, on hold to long just to get a answer about your medicine, or refill.
I will never go back here to fill my prescription my doctor called in my prescription last night over to the pharmacy I then went to the pharmacy first thing in the morning to pick him up prescription at 10:15 when I got there the staff that was in the Drive-Thru told me that my medicine was out of stock and that it was still in boxes and that they needed to unpack it for to be ready for me at 3:00 to pick up I ride back to the pharmacy at 3:15 and that same staff member told me that my prescription was out of stock and that it needed to be unboxed and that I can come and pick it up tomorrow then she went on to say that they can send my prescription over to a different location on East 7th Street was completely unacceptable when I have been waiting hours for it to be at the Clifton location I will never be going back to the CVS they are unprofessional and they really do not care about their patients or the time that they take up of people lives I even spoke to a manager who really did not even care.
