Go here only if you want to profiled and treated as a shoplifter. Odd interactions from the Philippino women working here on several occasions. Literally follow you around like that’s okay or position themselves where they can keep eyes on you at all times. No work in the store is getting done. I don’t care if it is a high crime area you can’t assume. Nor cool at all.By Dwight Sales (3 months ago)Worst CVS I’ve ever shopped with. If I could change to Publix Rx I would but insurance has people trapped with the RX plans. Techs are not courteous or kind. I’ve watched 5 techs plus the pharmacist behind the counter and they only have one cashier with seven customers working and their excuse was they are short staffed. Poor excuse for a company based on customer service. What a joke 🤬By Teddy Luna (4 months ago)Very caring staff in the pharmacy, they are about business and are constantly working. The persons at the checkout at the front of the store are always friendly and ready to help!By Rolanda Pullen Daniel (3 years ago)Their pharmacy always seems terribly understaffed. They’ve messed up my prescription more than once, prescriptions are frequently late, and it’s incredibly difficult to get in touch with them via phone. I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes and counting… This isn’t just a covid problem. I had some of these issues before pandemic labor shortages.
UPDATE: I’ve been trying to get my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy for THREE DAYS. Two of those days I was on hold for a ridiculous amount of time, as was my new pharmacy. My new pharmacy has called CVS multiple times. Today, after I had SURGERY and was coming off of anesthesia, I walked into CVS to request the transfer again. They told me they would immediately fax them… I found out later in the day that they called my new pharmacy, but never faxed them the transfer. I’m furious and I just want my medication. I’ve called twice today and been sent to voicemail. This is unacceptable customer service.

If I could leave just a review without giving a single star I would. I was hesitant on using this CVS after the one my family used in East Ridge closed. I gave in and decided to give it try since they are close by. The employees up front and the Manager are great. They are nice and friendly and most are from the old East Ridge crew. The pharmacy is a JOKE. I honestly don’t think they would care if you died waiting on them to refill your prescription. They constantly say they haven’t received anything from your Dr. They lie and say it will be ready or “on the truck” tomorrow, that is a lie. I waited so long on my diabetes meds, that by the time it was actually ready my dose had already changed. I am 8 months pregnant, I currently need my antibiotics that I know was called in yesterday morning, I call this morning and after waiting forever I am told they never got it, but they were working on a cream. They have been “working” on said cream for over a week and every time they say it’ll be ready in 30 min. I already picked up a cream! They can’t get my son’s thyroid meds right.. the list goes on and on. If you need a pharmacy DO NOT GO HERE. I will be moving everything this afternoon to a pharmacy that is further away just so I don’t have to deal with them and the homeless drug addicts that linger and camp up right outside the front door.By Katie W. (4 months ago)Don’t know about other CVS but this one! Customer service is horrible, they have attitude like you harassing them, and they give you the wrong medication with someone else name on it just because they have the same last name. They YOUNG lady with the glasses treats you like a stepchild and talks down to. But if someone else of her color ask similar questions she’s all happy to help. YES……..Really sad and serious. They have to pay more attention on what medication they are giving customers. It will be a HUG lawsuit for CVS. Yes I’m a victim of wrong medication given to me for my son, but I believe everyone needs a second chance. But if it happens again CVS is getting sued…By Cindy Gooden (4 months ago)One week ago I dropped off a small package at CVS for pickup by USPS. The company it was going to notified me one week later that it was not received. I phoned CVS and they told me it was picked up. On a hunch I went to CVS and after several requests for a clerk to move out of the way I looked on the shelves behind the cash register and I found it sitting there. Their lack of enthusiasm over the phone and at the store to help me was obvious.By Kenneth Fracaro (6 months ago)These worst customer service provider no restroom. Management is the worst I was told 5 minutes for refill 1 hrs later nothing i see why CVS are going out for businessBy James Moon (a month ago)This cvs pharmacy need a lawsuit..! They not refill my medicines from a doctor.. the guy work this cvs pharmacy force me to buy medicines from the outside on the shelf store ..!!!By Kevin (a month ago)

That’s it for our list of the best CVS in Chattanooga TN! If you have any arguments or additional information, please leave a comment. We love to hear from our readers too!
Why is this called CVS Pharmacy, it should be called CVS OTC, because it’s the worst pharmacy I have ever patronized in 50 yrs. My wife has her prescriptions here, so I have tried to have patience with the long lines
(waits are never shorter than 10 minutes to pickup, much longer for drop offs) and limited hours, but today I and another lady, get to the pharmacy slightly after 6pm, as 2 pharmacy staff are headed for the door. Both of us just need to pick up prescriptions, but after clarifying our needs, the pharmacy staff stated they closed at 6pm and kept walking, Of course no management present because it’s Saturday.
Extremely poor service at the pharmacy. My prescriptions were almost never ready upon coming to pick up. At best, I’d wait 30 minutes at the pharmacy for them to fill it, and at worst, I’d end up having to come back another day. This had nothing to do with laws or holds. They stop working around 30 minutes before their lunch break and refuse to do anything to within that time. I have tried everything on my end to make it a better experience, whether it be calling ahead or speaking to the pharmacist directly. Time to pick another location, clearly.
Pharmacy staff is excellent, very professional. I appreciate their attention to detail and work ethic. The pharmacists who work here do a fine job, and are perfectly willing to help with any issue.
They made me a CVS for-lifer!
Don’t have a GP in town so I’ve been going to the minute clinic here lately and the care I have received is just above and beyond. The folks at this little walk in clinic in a pharmacy have set the standard for me for what I want in a doctor. Doctor Terri is wonderfully kind and remembered personal details about me after my first visit. They take better COVID precautions than I’ve seen anywhere. Truly outstanding, I wish this office could be my regular doctor perpetually.
Jim is an Excellent store manager! He and crew Tiffany Joani Katherine Nick and the others have Excellent Customer Service Skills ! Their services are fast and efficient services!!
