This pharmacy is terrible, especially Amy. The number of times they forgot to mix my prescription and I had to go back or was told I can mix it myself was ridiculous. Or telling me my insurance wouldn’t let me fill a prescription yet when I told them to run it again all the sudden it was fine. Another time I was even short 3 days on my meds! But good customer service would be when people are lined up, and the first person hasn’t been waited on, just say something. “Be with you shortly.” Or how about, “I’m sorry this is taking so long.” We get it. Today three of us were lined up for 15 minutes when a customer asked the first person, “Have you been waited on yet?” “No,” was the reply. Cvs 13th and grand worst pharmacy EVER! When will this CVS close and pharmacist lose his job. Was told he couldn’t fill a script written by a doctor. But Walgreens had no problem filling it! I just don’t think they want to do their job. The rest of us do, so do yours!By Linda Parks (7 months ago)I got a COVID test at this location on January 6. To date there have been no results. Trying to call this pharmacy is a nightmare. After 5 minutes navigating through a phone tree, I got results for a previous COVID test from December. I was then cut off on 2 subsequent calls. Apparently I will have to waste more time going to the pharmacy to talk to an actual person to get results. These people appear not to be serious about COVID testing. Get tested at a location where they know what they’re doing.By H Hart (a year ago)A friend and active duty service member was forced to leave this store because of the color of his skin. He was going to pick up his father’s medication when an employee told him to “get out,” “you can’t be here,” and even threatened to call the cops on him. My friend asked the employee why he needed to leave, but the racist employee wouldn’t answer, they just repeated “no, you can’t be here” “get out” you need to leave right now” and “leave before I call the cops”.
My friend is well-loved by many and an honorable human being. I am disgusted that this blatant racism still exists.

I can’t understand how they can be closed over the course of 3 work days. The machine say that they are open the the machine pick up for the pharmacy to say they will be open for a few hrs. On Sunday.
Called them on a Thursday and by Saturday they still didn’t have the script filled, and since this one is the only one in town not open on a Sunday my daughter will have to go without her meds for a total of 3 days since Monday will be Memorial day. If your on any type of medication that must be taken daily, I definitely do NOT recommend going here.
I went mail order CVS/Caremark so haven’t been in about t year. They’ve always been Good for me altho some of the Customers expectations are THROUGH THE ROOF..No, they won’t drop Everyone else’s meds to refill a script you DIDN’T request refilled, the Dr’s office JUST Called on Nor a script YOU waited till the Last Second TO FILL for a 3 day weekend.
This was BY FAR the best experience we’ve ever had at a CVS! Yasmine and Lenzi in the Pharmacy really went the extra mile to unravel a Medicare mystery for my husband and got us both set up for covid boosters and flu vaccines, which Yasmine expertly and painlessly administered. Both were impressively professional, courteous, efficient and kind, Brava!
CVS is a great drug store. I go here to look for my favorite drug store brand makeup products. They have a good selection that is always displayed well.
