This is hands down the WORST pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They are beyond slow. Takes forever to get someone to acknowledge your presence much less wait on you. And if you try to use the drive thru pharmacy, forget it. minimum of 30min wait no matter how many cars there are. I have been trying to get someone in the pharmacy to answer the phone for the past two days and have yet to have someone pick up. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get an actual human on the phone at this pharmacy. To put it nicely, they’re extremely busy but they don’t have enough employees or something like that. I always call ahead and make sure they have my prescription, but somehow it’s never been ready when i get there. But the prices are fair, and the staff at the front more than makes up for the mishaps of the pharmacy. I would recommend visiting, the selection of different brands and colors of makeup are amazing and the people are so helpful always. I still haven’t received any results as of yet. I went inside to find out what was happening. One pharmacy tech told me she went to a different lab to test and got her results in 2 days. So they don’t use their own lab for their testing, why should I?. I let them know that my 14 days of quarantine was over and I needed my results before I could go back to work. I was about to loose my job from waiting on them. They didn’t care. There’s nothing they could do. Needless to say, I had to find a different lab and pay $200 to be tested. If I could give their pharmacy zero stars I would. Awful wait times. Incompetent staff. If there was another 24hour pharmacy in reasonable driving distance I’d go there.
Line inside store and drive through are always long. Staff are always rude. After waiting for extended period of time to be told that my prescription was unavailable. Why didn’t they call or text me to tell me this instead of wasting my time? This has happened multiple times!
HORRIBLE WAIT TIMES!!! The doctor’s office was on hold for 17 minutes before they gave up. I was on hold for 25 minutes before I gave up…
I used to do business with them, but now use another pharmacy that actually answers their phone.
CVS, PLEASE figure out how to handle the volume, you are losing business by not adapting. Hire a person to ANSWER YOUR PHONE… Install a call back system… hire some more people… expand the pharmacy… This is your BUSINESS, right? Don’t just struggle with X prescriptions a day when you can do 1.5X if you just think about business.
To be honest, the people here are really nice, they seem to be working really hard. They seem to be accurate and quick, once you get to your position in the que… So it’s not their fault.
Went to the Walmart on North main Street the employee there was very rude and would not give me the sale prices that were clearly hanging on the aisles below the items. When I asked her about the nail polish on sale she told me she applied the coupon which come out the store she did not. Then notice the Lay’s chips were two for $7 she proceeded to have me pay about $10 for two bags of chips that were on sale. Overcharging and very rude will probably not go back in that store
I really want to give a shout-out to Bree and Bill!! Every veteran knows what’s it’s like having to deal with the VA. The VA kept giving the wrong billing information for the pharmacy to be able to process my medications. After an hour of having to deal with them, Bree and Bill went above and beyond and provided me my medication on the house. That act of kindness really made my night better! Thank you both so much!
