I had the best experience when speaking to the Pharmacy (Debbie) at this location! She understood my situation, and was the kindest person for going above and beyond to make things right. Thank you. At this time, this pharmacy is one of the only ones to be open 23 hours a day. Which is not common.By Avi Lee (5 months ago)Worst pharmacy ever. I wish we could give a 0. No one will answer the phone. We moved and my wife needed her prescription transferred to a new state. The new pharmacy told us that they were put on hold for 2 hours and finally had to hang up. We have called multiple times and the pharmacy refuses to pick up. We are going to file a complaint with the BBB because of their terrible service and refusal to assist us in transferring my wife’s blood pressure medication. When we finally got through, they said they have been answering phones. Yes, only after multiple attempts and an hour of wait. Oh, by the way, they said they will not transfer for us to the new pharmacy. We were told to have the new pharmacy call again. I’m glad this is not a life-or-death situation.By joe bembnowski (6 months ago)Young lady at pharmacy had a friend of her’s wait in line at the drive thru about 10 minutes before the “24 hour” window closed at 8pm., So when we drove up right at 8pm, which she knew we we’re in line, she immediately closed the window.
We had to walk inside, recognized that we were the same ones in line and again refused to assist me with my much needed prescription!!! Thankfully, the pharmacist finally realized what she was doing and decided to step in and take care of us in less than 3 minutes…That’s IT.. She was RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!
Didn’t get her name, but as soon as we do we will post it…
Switch all prescriptions to Walgreens!!!By D. Pitts (5 months ago)They greeted me at the door and treated me like a human being, the store was perfectly clean and organized; no cluttered aisles and everything was where it was labeled and supposed to be. My purchase was less expensive than I estimated it would be. The manager was very engaged with customers because the cashier was helping someone with a difficult return. Great job guys. I feel like CVS was friendlier that other pharmacies and I think they are cheaper.By E. Mie (3 years ago)Good luck calling and getting someone to answer without being on hold for 30-60 mins listening to a music loop. It’s ALWAYS that way. I am transferring to a non CVS pharmacy.By Cam (4 months ago)

I was personally surprised to see how clean this location was. The staff member working there, who may have been the manager, was extremely professional and quick at the checkout process.
They have a wide selection of every day needs ranging from medicine to food.
There is plenty of parking around the building as well.
By Gourmand (2 months ago)Horrible service in pharmacy! The two women running the drive up window seem to both hate their jobs and definately don’t want to be there. Each time I have been there to pick up medicines, both young women have been extremely rude. I think management should move both these emplyees to the back room where they would have minimal customer contact.By gofastlx (4 weeks ago)Made a flue shot appointment and was late but was there before they closed. They made me Wait for an hour just to find out they forgot about me and closed the pharmacy. Then proceeded to kick me out without re scheduling or apologizing. Never coming here for any vaccine again.By Nicholas Flores (2 months ago)Last week I visited this CVS in the evening and the moment I went into the store instead of the employees greeting me all they did was stare at me suspiciously like if I was going to steal something 2 employees approached me rudely that the store was getting ready to close when the time was barely 9:15pm. The store didn’t close till 10pm these employees were very rude and acted very paranoid. They foolishly think that everyone that comes into the store is going to steal that’s very stupid of them to think that everyone is a thief they provided very poor customer service. This store is pathetic.By Jacqueline Medellin (3 months ago)so I went in on Friday to do my dot medical exam and I was ten minutes late and they tell me that they can’t check me in so I ask them if there is a different time they tell me they will reschedule me so I tell them ok and they ask me can you do it on monday at 10am I tell them yes I come back so I came back on monday at 9:45am 5mins early and I came in and they were close they didn’t contact me or anything so I am not happy what cvs is doing to me.HORRIBLE SERVICE DONT WASTE TIME HERE!

That’s it for our list of the best CVS in Albuquerque! If you have any arguments or additional information, please leave a comment. We love to hear from our readers too!
The most rude CVS pharmacy I’ve been to. Just dropping off a workers comp script today and the shorter female tech with long black hair and bright nails was so full of attitude you’d think I had personality wronged her or something. I didn’t want to be there either girl but my job forced me. I get it your job is rough and has long hours, I used to be a tech at a CVS in AZ so believe me, I get it. I know that company trains a lot on customer service and if she was like that to me, what about the little old people who come in? Does she treat them like that too?? Hate writing reviews but come on…
On oct-02-22. I stopped at CVS on san mateo blvd store#8918. Paid for product at self-checkout register, receipt got jammed. General male manager refused to helped me in a very rude and unprofessional way, there was a lady at register, that did not had a uniform opr name tag. asked for help maybe do a return and a buy back. In a very rude and unprofessional way like the GM the lady told me. I need your ID. I was like wait why are you raising your voice and acting rude to me, I also told the lady, honestly it was not my fault that receipt got jammed, so I am not going to show you my ID. then she started yelling at me. A cashier that had a uniform and a name tag Named Mariah, took over the situation in a very professional way, very polite, the lady that was yelling at me told Mariah, you help him because I am not and use my register. Mariah did a refund and scanned the product back and provided me a receipt never yelled at me, never disrespected me. My point is that the GM mistreated me as a customer, the lady which her name was Vandana because it said on the receipt that Mariah gave me using ladies register was also rude and mistreated me and didn’t even had a uniform. Mariah seem like she was a regular cashier went above and beyond and took over the issue and fixed something that a GM should have done. CVS pharmacy, you have a great employee and you need employees like Mariah.
My mom and I went to this CVS today and We were treated poorly by 2 managers. One manger was named Lorenzo and another manager was a women with dark curly hair. My mom was trying to make a purchase and the item costs about $35. My mom had a manufactures coupon that she clipped from the news paper. She had another coupon she received from cvs for getting her flu shot there and she had an additional coupon that she clipped from the cvs app. She had three coupons that altogether would lower that item to around $7. My mom handed the manufacturers coupon to women cashier and without scanning the coupon she said that the coupon was incomplete and that it wouldn’t work, she insinuated that my mom ripped the barcode and it couldn’t be scanned. I asked if a manager could help, she said she was the manager. Luckily my mom had that whole newspaper page with her and she showed the cashier that there was no missing barcode. The cashier scanned it and it worked without a problem. After that my mom said that the coupon on the app had not been taken off. The women cashier said the coupon was not on my moms account. My mom pulled out her phone and scrolled through all the coupons and found it. The cashier told my mom it was probably expired or some other reasons. The women cashier said she needed help and so Lorenzo started assisting us. He started rescanning everything and my mom made a vocalization that the price is still incorrect. Lorenzo responded with “I know” in a frustrated tone. I could tell he was getting annoyed when my mom spoke. He said that we could not use the coupons with a smirk on his face and that the system would not let him. I advised that the two coupons were cvs coupons and that they were valid why cannot he accept them? He was explained with a smug smile on his face that he couldn’t accept them. My mom said that she had used these coupons together before an never had a problem. Lorenzo said he could offer only $5 off when the coupon was for $10 off and if we had a problem to call the hotline.
What’s really frustrating to me is that I’ve worked many years as a cashier at a few stores and my mom has worked as a cashier we both know a manager can override a sale on a POS system and discount any amount. He had a look on his face that made me feel like he was satisfied with telling us he could honor our CVS coupons. I don’t understand why he couldn’t honor them and just do an override, they were valid CVS coupons. The women cashier refused the manufacture coupon before she even scanned it which I can’t comprehend that idiocy.
Why would cvs offer coupons it we’re not allowed to use them? This is incompetent management.
The store manager and another clerk were so friendly and helpful. They let me borrow a jack and changed my tire. It was almost closing, but they helped me anyway. Everyone is always amazing and helpful whenever I go in this store. Thanks you guys!
I can’t shop here anymore. There are plenty of great employees that I enjoyed talking to and getting assistance from, but Sally is another story. She’s so rude and aggressive about something as simple as an empty reusable shopping bag, that I can’t utilize a pharmacy that I live next door to. As much as she wants to be an abusive cop; I’m a customer-not a criminal. Please transfer her to another store so I can shop at CVS again.
