This is a review of the Pharmacy specifically.
I get all my prescriptions here, as does my family and it’s essentially seamless. I’m not saying everything is perfect all the time, but I always find the people helpful and kind. They’ve expedited when I show up early.
They were quick when I walked in at 2am coming home from a trip to the ER. I seem to always be involved in bizarre scenarios and they take it in stride.Tonight I rolled in at 11pm-ish with a variety of problems and as many questions. They got my prescription filled despite the surprise drop in and they helped me get my issues sorted. The woman I spoke with did everything within her power to help me out. I wish I remembered her name for the review.
I spoke with the pharmacist, and a young man at the counter and they were both professional and friendly as well.What more could you possibly ask? I mean seriously.
I’m making all this a point because I’m struggling to understand some of the other reviews on here. Some people are going to complain no matter what, just ignore it.

I told her I would report her. CVS fired many of their pharmacists during Covid when lines were long and staff lied to you about waiting times. Stores are rundown and filthy. They have the option to walk in to the pharmacy or choose to do the drive through. The drive through is usually a little bit of a wait so I choose to go in slide most of the time. The staff inside are super friendly and quick. I even went a couple of days early to pick of a prescription and they expedited it on the spot and filled it for me.Edit: they have declined…. I went into this CVS to buy an Amazon gift card and the lady asked me for an ID. The law says I don’t need I one to buy a gift card and she still asked.
I told her I didn’t have it on me but I could give my name and DOB and she still said no. As I left another guy bought one with no ID asked for and said “sorry they can be a little reversed racist here.” And got me my card kindly.
Things there are messed up if your white.

With the way they treat their customers to how they NEVER have the quantity or prescriptions these doctors are writing, and all the stealing from theives in and out daily…its pathetic. They have also shorted me 30 tablets and before I left the store I realized it and that could have been a HUGE problem for me. My friend also was shorted by them a few mths prior. They never answer the phone. Was on hold for 40 minutes. Pick up is a disaster. I was the first car at the window, pressed the ca button twice in 20 minutes because no one waited on me. I am writing this outside, still waiting to pick up my daughters prescriptions. I know healthcare is short staffed everywhere, but this is uncalled for. It takes 2-5 minutes tops to talk to, grab the prescription and ring someone out.
One star because I am a diabetic in desperate need of my CONTOUR NEXT test strips so I can give myself the proper dose of insulin. First, totally my doctor’s fault for calling in the wrong strips, BUT he corrected it.. and having contacted my insurance, they overrided it so the correct strips could be given. This is when the clusterfuk started. First when I went to pick up the correct ones, they said they could not fill because the diagnosis code was not there. My doc office was closed, I had not taken my blood sugars all week because NO STRIPS.. and now I had to wait the holiday weekend before I could talk to anyone at my doctor office. Tuesday rolls around and I speak to the doc office and they said a diagnosis code was on it and he was mad I had been taking my insulin BLIND without knowing if I was giving myself the correct dose. So he resent the prescription WITH the code 3 times!!!!! I called CVS after and they checked and all of a sudden, they were supposedly out of my correct strips and had to order them. “they’ll be here tomorrow” I was promised. The next day “oh we’re still out of strips…we have to order them” then the next day “we’re still out of strips, but I do have 50 let me put that through for you..” then “it says it is too soon to bill because of the wrong strips..” keep in mind I had already spoken to the insurance the week before and they had told me they already over rode this.. Sooo I call them again tonight and the over rode it AGAIN.. ok.. so Liam (very nice guy) ran the correct ones through FINALLY.. and I picked them up after going 2 weeks not knowing my blood sugar numbers… my husband tells the person “is my wife going to have a problem getting the rest of these tomorrow? She is supposed to be getting 100 and this is only half..” the person says “I don’t know, we are still waiting on that diagnosis code…” IT HAD BEEN SENT TO YOU 3 F’N TIMES!!!!!!!!! So yet AGAIN I will call my doctor office and they will flip out when I tell them this.
CVS, WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?????? I WENT 2 WEEKS WITHOUT KNOWING MY BLOOD SUGAR LEVELS, DO YOU THINK THIS IS A GOOD THING??? GET IT TOGETHER ALREADY!!! I NEED THOSE STRIPS…I TOOK MY BLOOD SUGAR FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 2 WEEKS TONIGHT… WANT TO KNOW WHAT IT WAS??? IT WAS 490!!!! BECAUSE I WAS TAKING THE WRONG AMOUNT OF INSULIN THANKS TO YOU!!!!!!
I’ve been a customer for a few years, and in the past year the service has gotten HORRIBLE. The pharmacy and the cashiers are terrible. I’m so turned off by this location, it’s disgusting.
I’ve been going here for 10 plus years only pharmacy I’ve ever went to it’s just not the same it’s actually bad nothing is never in stock or the prescription was put back after two weeks when I came every day an it was a different story every time I literally work across the street I hope everyone stops going there it sucks I know I would not anymore !!!!!!’
Very rude customer service. Always thinking someone is stealing. I experienced them targeting and I experience security, following and touching on minors. The young ladies were not still on, but he had no right to touch on them.
