I’ve been lied to by John(pharmacist)regarding the 2 day “curtesy”. Only when he was working I might get a day courtesy or none at all. When I called, as a new customer, I was told all patients receive 2 day courtesies. When confronted, he said he would no longer give me the “one” day courtesy, which he rarely did. He said this was an order from my Dr. to not allow me any courtesies. I asked
my Dr who told me he never gets involved with pharmacy protocol, and John was a liar. A few months ago I had spinal surgery and my Dr released me, after 7 day in the hospital, at 7:30pm. I called a head of time and was told they’d be closed at 8:00pm this day(they close at 9). My son went inside it was 8:01, he was refused since it was “closing time”, and even though I needed the pain meds due to my surgery, I had to wait until the next morning. I suffered all night. I’m a chronic pain patient and I’ve noticed some pharmacy staff, especially here, treat me, and my family, who pickup my meds, like dirt. There’s dozens of stories of how tacky, abusive, and unprofessional these “people” are.
I found another pharmacy and so far I’m treated like a person. John is now manager of CVS and the abusive behavior has grown worse. Yes, he’s been reported, but nothing has been done. I guess since he’s a pharmacist, and I’m only a patient they’re allowed to pick and choose those they can abuse. The pharmacy representative was horrible, he had not been compliant with me or my insurance , was extremely transphobic towards me and was no help at all in resolving an issue, gave a great amount of attitude and hung up on me repeatedly. I do not recommend this place at all, they are lazy and do not listen to their customers at all.I was on an off the phone with them for HOURS , and placed on hold for at least half that time, genuinely feels like they do not care or have the time of the day for their patients. I wish they had an option for 0 stars because that’s their true rating.
I’m sorry to have to rate this particular retail location so low, but the fact is that they have repeatedly failed to provide me with good service on my prescriptions. I usually ask to have my prescriptions shipped to me, and over and over and over I run into a problem where they lose track of my prescription, report to me that it has been shipped, and inevitably I find out that it was never processed. I don’t understand how an operation who’s only responsibility is to fill prescriptions and get them to the customer can fail in this mission.
Rating is pharmacy specific for drive thru. Expect to wait 25-30minutes unfortunately! On a decent day, 10 minutes. I was 5th car for a 25min wait. I was 3rd car on a 10min wait.
Elizabeth the manager was extremely racist and unhelpful. We were at the store at 9:30 pm. And we were planning to use my $10:00 care pass that will expire today
By the time we were paying the $10,00 not longer on the sistem and we ask for help. To my surprise the manager showed up and started treating me really disrespectful and really resist.
I being a loyal customer of CVS, for many years and this is the first time that anybody treats me like that.
The online coupons for their photo center are the best and their canvas prints are usually really great. However, my most recent canvases that I picked up were completely cropped wrong and didn’t match what I had approved online. Not sure if this due to computer error or employee error. I haven’t had this problem before but will definitely be double checking my future orders before leaving the store. Staff was very friendly.
